Double Curtain Rod Brackets (Set of 4, Black)

Since moving into this new house a few months ago, I have been casually shopping for the right curtain rod/bracket solution for a pair of double sliding glass doors which only have about one foot of wall in between them. I decided I wanted one giant curtain rod instead of two separate ones, but that meant I needed a giant double rod that would span over 180". All the ones I found were $120 or more! I just couldn't justify that expense on top of the cost the pricey curtains I picked out. So, I brainstormed a solution. I found two "Like New" AmazonBasics 1" double curtain rods 72"-144" for >$15 each and cobbled the two sets into one giant rod. I then used two pairs of TEJATAN double curtain rod brackets to hold the entire setup. I now have a beautiful, large double curtain rod which cost me less than $40 total. I used the $60 I saved on the rod to buy some beautiful curtains.These TEJATAN curtain rod brackets are very nicely made. Sturdy little buggers. Less likely to bend like the typical brackets you get with basic curtain rods. The style adds extra support, and the rear rod holder (closest to the wall) is very easy to use: just rotate the top 90 degrees to one side to lift the rod off of the bracket and rotate it straight to lock it into place. No more tiny screws getting lost! The front rod holder has a wide rosette on the locking screw making it very easy to grip. The overall design makes laundering your curtains a much simpler task. Love the functionality, look and price of these brackets! Will definitely be ordering more for additional windows in my home.

I bought these 4 brackets to replace the set of 3 that came with the curtain rods I use in the big front window in my house -- my young cat pulled on the drapes so hard that one of the original metal brackets broke and a second one bent. I needed more support for the two rods (sheers and drapes). This set was one of the few on the market that would handle a .75" rod and a 1" rod. They are sturdy, inexpensive, shipped quickly, and were easy to install -- my husband used larger screws than those that came with the rods because of our frisky feline. They look great and I am pleased with this purchase.

They look great although they are heavier than expected. They can hold a heavy curtain for sure.

I bought these brackets because the ones that came with the curtain rod were very thin and I was worried that the double rods and curtains would cause the brackets that came with the curtain rods to eventually bend and the weight of the curtains would pull the brackets out of the wall. These brackets are very sturdy and I haven't had a single worry with them. Even when the windows are open and the wind is blowing very strongly.Most of my reviews are made after several months have passed. The initial excitation of getting a product and checking it out can be great, but any purchase price isn't worth it if the product breaks.Happily I can encourage others to purchase these brackets because they are very sturdy and stand the test of time. It is money well spent.

I love the double hardware style , it looks so much the the little aluminum attachments which are flat , nailed to wall with curtain rods clinging on to them .Fast delivery, good price . 👍

They made the job so easy, all 5he hardware is there, The brackets are well made and sturdy. I thought maybe these velvet curtains were too heavy to ever be hung on a long suspension rod because the ones that came with the rod were too weak and actually came out too far. These are great. I highly recommend.

After driving to a half dozen stores looking for double rod brackets, I finally broke doen and ordered these. The brackets are fine, but the screws provided are unacceptably poor quality. They seem to be aluminium or pot metal, and I broke one screwing it into wood using hand power. If you get these brackets, don't use the included screws, go to a hardware store and get proper steel screws and the correct size pilot drill to go with them. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the product.

These brackets feel heftier out of the package than most brackets included with curtain rod sets. I used the set of three for an almost seven foot span. The brackets these replaced bounced when opening and closing curtains. These do not do that. The only issue I have is not unique to these, and that is that the rod slides in the bracket when opening and closing the curtains. The back holder does not have a set screw to prevent this, so I put an O-ring on the rod at each outer bracket to keep the rod from sliding as freely. I like these so much I bought a second set for a similar size window.

Very sturdy and holds a heavy curtain easily.
