Bought the treadmill in May 2024 and have been using the product to date. The quality of the product is very good, and so far we haven't faced any issues. Since it is more than a year, I booked for a general service and I got an email with a quotation, with nominal fees for the technician visit. On acceptance, the technician contacted and visited today. He did a general service, cleaning and applying oil to the belt and checked the treadmill. Now the treadmill is working smoothly, and I got the tips on how to use it effectively. Very good product and excellent after-sales services.

Product is very bad. Not working showing error while starting. Day one itself the heart beat monitor was not working. Dont buy this cheap quality product.

Product is good and is sleek But as advertised it cannot be folded easily and kept under sofa or table as every time we need to unscrew the fittings and wings nuts to fold it which is not practically possible after every work out and may spoil the fittings if we do it regularly. Other features are good and there no connectivity with any application.

I bought this treadmill 10 months ago, I have been using it regularly for around 8 months. But now, it stops abruptly with it showing system error while using it. So my advice here is if you want a long lasting treadmill for regular use, do not buy it, but if its for occassional use it has value for the price.
