Taste is great. It's too early for a definite result but I do see to have a bit more energy.

I've been using them a week today. I have noticed a small difference in bloating and also noticed a rise in my energy level which is awesome because I get 8-10 of sleep each night but ALWAYS feel sluggish and sleepy. THEY only thing I hate(which to me, tells me it's a sign it's working) is I have to pee every 30 to an hour every single day! It's annoying. But a good sign lol. So with that being said I can't say for certain it works great but it does seem to be working..I am dieting and working out alongside the drops.
