Omg, this is a must to buy for your fur-babies! It gives them fresh water, and it is so easy to clean the bowl. On top of that the water is so hot for making tea or instant coffee. The water is even hotter than my Keurig! Such a perfect purchase for my whole family!

Great value for the price. The water quality is good, delivers cold crisp water or hot water every time and not too noisy. The dog water feature works well, my only grievance is the water dispenser for the dog bowl is a bit slow. Overall great product. I like that you can remove the bowl in the dog attachment for easy cleaning.

This is a fantastic cooler. The one thing that I adore that separates it from the others, the attached pet water bowl on the bottom. We use Zero water filters and I prefer to give all of our many pets, (2 cats, 4 dogs, 8 rats) filtered water. This makes it so much easier. I will be purchasing a second unit for the other end of my home because we love it so much. Honestly, the pets do too. Instant ice cold filtered water on demand with the press of a button. Such a useful and wonderful feature! I have purchased 4 different water coolers in the past maybe 6 years and this one is by far the best. I cannot speak for its longevity but hopefully it holds up as well as it works. I always have to have the hot water option as well and sometimes they tend to be a little finicky. This one works really well so far. I will try to remember to update this review in 6 months and see where the water cooler stands but for now, it gets 4 stars. One short of 5 because I feel some of the design could be more solid, with stronger materials but then again, this is something I find myself unhappy with very often with craftsmanship so perhaps it wouldn't bother most.
