Back in business. Someone had cut the white wire, but enough left to splice it inside.

Twice defective
Ordered this for my Porter Cable belt sander. First cable came missing the terminal crimp on the neutral wire and neutral wire is suppose to be as long as the black hot wire. Sent the first one back and ordered another power cable. I thought maybe it was just a fluke. Nope! Received my second power cord with the exact same problem. If I didn’t need to use my belt sander, I would send it back. So now I will fix the power cord myself and waist my time. My suggestion to others, buy your power cord from some place else.
