I've been an IT Trainer and Training Manager for over 16 years and have always used and continued to 'champion' the Study Guides from Sybex, for all CompTIA Courses/ Exams If you want the most detailed study materials and the best exam prep for CompTIA's Network+ exam, this study guide is hard to beat

Clearly the author knows a lot about the subject, but the book is poorly written. The material is unclear and unorganized. Some of the material is found in multiple chapters and is often repeated which makes it redundant. The book needs someone to look over it and 2/3 of the book could be removed and it would still make sense. There are no real definitions of anything. I needed to look up almost everything I read.
