This one is a bit pricier but it feels very high quality. Totally worth it. (Update: 1 year later dropped my phone on pavement at the dreaded perfect angle to hit the corner of the display. The case exploded but not one single blemish on my phone. 10/10 the case rised to the challenge and did it's job. Sacrificing itself to save my One+ Open. I have now purchased another case to replace it's fallen comrade)

Bought 2 of these now. Both snapped just taking the case off the phone. Cheap flimsy garbage. Buy a different case, please.

The case fit the oneplus open like a glove. Even the hinge that protects the side of the phone fits well and the cross etching on the case helps with the grip without being too much a standout. The metal plate protecting the camera lens were also well made and look very study and tough. Even though the front half of the case did not come with a glass protector unlike others, the phone had already a clear plastic protector out of the box and I was not too bothered. What bothered me was the "pep talk" logos, engraved on the camera protector and on the side of the case which I was not a big fan of, the hinge protector did squeak a little whenever opening the phone and for nit picking, a cutout for the speaker vents were a little off. All these made it a 3 star product.

It's a perfect case for the phone however I'm going to tell you something no and never mentions it is really hard to get the lens cover to open up when you need it it gets kind of crammed in there without much effort and gets stuck. So my tip is to put a little bit of a post-it note or a little felt tab you would put behind a door on it and fold it over you won't hit the lens on the inside so it's safe but it'll make it your easy to pull open

Phone case fits well and feels relatively premium. The "buttons" sides have okay grip, but the pivot side is slippery given the smooth plastic. Unfortunately, the front cover is very brittle, and broke as easy as dropping your phone from your desk on a thin carpet. Tried reaching manufacturer via amazon and their website, with absolutely no response. Been over a month.

I feel that the fit and finish of this case for the OnePlus Open is substantially improved versus the factory case that comes with the phone. The innovation of the camera cover that transforms to a kickstand is functional and a great use of the materials. The adhesive thus far for the front screen has held up nicely. The hinge protector is minimal and does not get off track when opening or closing the OnePlus Open. Great design, very dependable materials, and overall solid functionality.
