Good quality
These work great for my self-published, spiral bound craft book. One caution: The sheets stick together and you have to be careful when punching multiple ones or you may have a sheet in the middle that is slightly pushed forward and ends up with punches too close to the edge. But, they are good quality and I do recommend them.

Amazing quality
I have been making COVID PPE shields and by far the BNC product has been the best.-7 or 10 mil thickness is great for a sturdy face shield-this PVC binding cover is very clear and has no distortion or haziness that you can see with other sheet materials out there.When this apocalyptic event is over, I will continue to use BNC covers for normal use.
