Excellent bed. FULL VALUE FOR MONEY AND COMFORT. Very firm. Looks great, exactly as shown in the pictures. tHE COLOUR ALSO EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN PCITURES; IT MATCHES OUR OTHER FURNITURE. WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT AND ITS VARIOUS SIZES. As the company's CEO own message that the company stands for quality!This is quite unlike a lot of Sheesham wood products from Rajasthan which are below par, have a different colour (probably still on the "chalta hain" attitude to just ship any available stock, irrespective of the right order, as returns are not easy to do). We have tried and failed to return a lot of them as know the pain. Hence they play games.Sona called up to say that they received the order and provided likely deliver date, to check if were at home to receive the bulky package. They also called up a day in advance (not delivery guy but their Customer Support to say that the bed had arrived (in station) in advance of the date. And also called to check out the feedback on the bed. This again is unlike other vendors, who hide behind Amazon Replace/Return Policies to stop customers for returns or missing parts, as I often find with manufacturers.

Bad experience
Worst experience. Broken headboard received. After waiting for 10-12 days of getting it replaced, they replaced a small part of the headboard instead of entire headboard. The plywood used is very thin and weak.

Furniture as desired
Excellent design & good quality sheesham wood . Nicely finished and polished . Elegant furniture added beauty to the ambience . Easy to self assemble . Though installation service was provided.But to my dissapointment I received a broken bedside . However I must admit that the problem was resolved in minutes for which i would appreciate the delivery partner Amazon & business associates sona arts for providing me a replacement immediately , hassle free.It was a great experience shopping online without a slightest thought of receiving a damaged product when you have such reliable firms doing business online .I sincerely express my thanks to Sona arts again for exemplary customer support and they are providing excellent furniture at best price .I had also bought a bed from Sona art last year which was again an excellent wood work and no complaints even after a year . Furniture is exactly the same as shown in website .Which reaffirmed my faith to buy again online through Sona Art via Amazon . It was the best experience again with such a simplified process for replacement .Further i am in a transferable job , the furniture can be easy assembled and dissembled without pain . Good king size bed with sturdy nut & bolts.

Good, but the side sheet and the head rest side plank is damaged means it is broken and there is one more where the peice has been pasted with fevicol and the same is broken now with 4 days of supply
