Great fun, well made and works well
These laser tag blasters are genuinely great fun. My children have been having been thoroughly enjoying these and been shooting each other at every opportunity. The guns themselves are nicely weighted and sit well in your hands, even smaller hands seem able to handle them with ease. On top of the gun there are are 3 buttons, one for on/off, the other to switch which team you are in (the light changes on the gun to show you if you are in team green, yellow, red etc) and the final button to switch between single shot and a burst of fire. The trigger can be pressed down to fire and pushed up to reload. On multi fire you must reload frequently, which is a nice addition to the game. The quality of the product seems good, the guns are sturdy and well made. Each gun takes 3 AAA batteries and there are two screws to hold the part that you remove for inserting the batteries. So far we have not needed to change the batteries, which is a good to see as clearly you get a long amount of play from them. The range on the guns seems good too, certainly indoors they have not gone out of range so you can hide and shoot at each other across multiple rooms without worrying about the range. The accuracy of them is OK. I'm not sure exactly where the sensors are in the gun for receiving a hit, but it feels pretty fair and we have not had it recording hits when you are out of sight of the other gun. The game is super simple, load up, choose your team, try to shoot the other person to kill each of their 6 lives before they do the same to you. Overall a really great toy

Good quality and sound effects, bit too easy to get hit
The item looks good quality, sound effects are good. One negative point is that it is quite easy to hit the opponent even if the gun isn't aiming directly at the target, by reflecting off room surfaces.

Great fun for the kids - and the adults!
These laser tag blasters have been a brilliant addition in our house and get used far more often than I expected. They feel well balanced in the hand, not too heavy but not cheap-feeling either, so both kids and adults can use them comfortably. The controls are simple enough to pick up straight away. Youโve got buttons to power on, pick a team colour, and switch between firing modes, plus the trigger doubles up for shooting and reloading, which adds a bit more involvement to the gameplay. What makes them fun is how interactive they are. Switching between single shots and rapid fire changes the pace quite a bit, and having to reload regularly stops it from just becoming button mashing. The built-in sensors seem to register hits fairly consistently too, so it doesnโt feel random or frustrating. Range has been more than enough for indoor play, even across rooms, and weโve not had issues with it dropping out. Battery life has also held up well so far, which is a relief given how often they get picked up. Theyโre solidly built as well, coping fine with enthusiastic use. The only slight downside is the sound โ itโs quite loud and there doesnโt seem to be a way to turn it down, which might not suit everyone. Overall though, theyโre easy to use, well made, and genuinely entertaining. Great for getting everyone moving and a lot more engaging than you might expect at first glance.

GREAT PRODUCT
I recently purchased the Sharper Image Laser Tag Blaster Duo for my kids, and it has quickly become a favorite in our household! There are several features that make it stand out. First, the two firing modes are a game-changer. My kids enjoy the option to switch between precise shots and rapid-fire mode, which keeps the gameplay dynamic and exciting. Theyโve had a blast trying to outsmart each other, and I love watching their competitive spirit come to life. The immersive lights and sounds enhance the whole experience. Every time they take a shot, the sound effects and colorful lights make it feel like they're really in a battle, which definitely amps up the fun. Itโs entertaining to see their faces light up with excitement! Another great aspect is the team dynamics. The option to choose from up to 7 vibrant team colors brings variety to the games and encourages group play. Their friends love joining in, and we often have mini-tournaments in the backyard. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use. I really like that thereโs no need for bulky attachments or extra gear. The built-in target and tag meters make set-up a breeze, and my kids can run around freely without feeling weighed down. This simplicity keeps the focus on the fun! Overall, I highly recommend the Sharper Image Laser Tag Blaster Duo for anyone looking for a fun and engaging outdoor game for kids. Itโs a fantastic way to get them moving and enjoying time with friends while sparking their creativity and teamwork skills!

Really good fun, great noises!
As per the heading! Great fun. The noises are super - very spacey and futuristic - I felt as though I was in a star wars film.

Avoid
The laser blasters look cool but what a terrible design.. We thought the accuracy was off so we came up with a little test. Put one receiver on a chair, and shoot the other blaster in the complete opposite direction and yep, you guessed it, it takes points off the receiver, that's BEHIND the blaster. Long story short. If youre in the same room as the other player literally all you have to do is point the blaster in ANY direction and you'll get a hit, not good at all.
