It was good for chicken soup
I never got these before and I was shocked by the small size of the box. I thought I was sent something different but it was correct. I was so sure this wasn’t going to work out for my needs. I was so wrong… It actually worked very well for home made soup. The pasta stars didn’t get that much bigger, not as big as I wanted it but it still worked out great with everything added to it. So the chicken stars soup I made with this came out good. It tasted delicious and I used a serving for each bowl. Cooking time is the same as any pasta. The versatility isn’t there when it comes to different meals so I recommend only soups and with soups with a bunch of stuff added to it.

Tasty!
I was feeling a bit under the weather and kept seeing the recipe for "Italian Penicillin" . I made a pot of this wonder elixir and it was very comforting, tasty and my family went crazy and gobbled it up. The tiny stars are wonderful, it was even "reheatable" with a little water added as you would to restream leftover rice. I bought two more boxes to have on hand. Great product!

Pastina has been a staple in our house ever since I can remember. My grandmother would make it often, especially if I was sick. It's so comforting with chicken broth or a little butter. It's definitely a warm hug.

Pastina is the Italian comfort food. It is impossible to find in stores, so I but it here in multiples to always have on hand. I like it with just butter and parmesan, but it would work well worth a light sauce or broth. It takes just minutes to cook, and is perfect for when you aren't feeling well.
