As someone whoโs on the wiser side of life, Iโve learned that good foot support isnโt a luxury, itโs a necessity. The Superfeet All-Purpose Support Medium Arch Insoles (Blue) have been a game-changer for me. They provide firm, reliable support that helps reduce foot fatigue and ease pressure on my knees and lower back. Trimming them to fit was simple, and they slid right into my walking shoes and house slippers. I immediately noticed how much more stable and cushioned my steps felt. Whether Iโm out for a stroll, running errands, or just moving around the house, these insoles keep me comfortable and confident. If youโre looking for a way to stay active without the aches, I highly recommend these. Theyโre professional-grade, but you donโt need to be an athlete to benefit from them. Just a smart investment in your well-being.

Superfeet Product is Great - But Only if You Get it Right
I benefited a great deal from reviews. So I want to contribute this feedback to help people who suffer the same heel pain. I suffered from heel pain and didn't know what it was. I kept buying jell shoe insert to no avail. I finally went to my family doctor who quickly diagnosed it to be Plantar Fasciitis and prescribed Superfeet. (I am not a podiatrist, so take it as it is worth: the telltale of Plantar Fasciitis is that it hurt a lot when I got up in the morning - then it became better after a few steps.) I took a look at Superfeet and didn't believe it because Superfeet was simply a "piece of very hard plastic" for close to $40 while other inserts were only $10. Furthermore, when I gave Superfeet a try, buying exactly my shoe size, selecting a random arch, it hurt even more. Through trials and errors, I found a method that will help. Some other reviewers wrote about ignoring the shoe size and going for the right fit of the foot arch. I cannot emphasize this enough. It doesn't matter what the size of Superfeet is, when you have the right one, the contour of Superfeet should fit the curve under your foot arch perfectly. The rest of Superfeet could be trimmed. There are two critical factors: 1) the right arch (flat, low, medium, or high arch) and 2) the right fit of the foot from the heel forward. Superfeet has different colors for different arches. It is too much trouble to define whether you have a low, or medium or high arch. Just try on several Superfeet sizes and several colors (for the arch) until you find the Superfeet that fits your heel and your arch perfectly. The rest of the insert can be trimmed. This is difficult if you buy online. So find a store that sells Superfeet to try out, and if they have a good price, give them the business. If not, there are Amazon.com and other online stores. There are a few more conditions to make it a success and no pain: when you trim the inserts, trim slowly. You cannot untrim what you cut too short. The right way is to trim it so that Superfeet is about 1/16" to 1/8" *smaller* than your inner sole toward the front/toes. After inserting Superfeet, you can put your hand and fingers into the shoe to feel the gap around the insert toward the front. In other words, Superfeet will need to be able to move a little - not a lot - while you walk, so that it fits perfectly under your foot. You can experiment the exact size of the insole to find out for yourself. You can always trim it smaller. Also, please remember to remove the removable insole. Believe me. I thought leaving the insole I would get some cushioning to assist this hard plastic. Not true. Superfeet needs to rest on hard sole to provide the balance you need to relieve the pain. Hope your experience is as pleasant as mine and that you won't have to pay a lot for customed orthotics.

Perfect fit!
I recently purchased a pair of shoe insoles, and I must say, they have exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I slipped them into my shoes, I noticed an immediate difference in comfort. The cushioning is superb, providing a soft yet supportive feel that makes walking or standing for long periods much more enjoyable. In terms of pain relief, these insoles have been a game-changer. I often experience foot and lower back pain after a long day on my feet, but since using these insoles, the discomfort has significantly diminished. They offer excellent arch support, which has helped alleviate the pressure on my feet and joints. The fit is another aspect where these insoles shine. They are designed to fit snugly into a variety of shoe types without any awkward bulging or slipping. I appreciate that they come in different sizes, ensuring a perfect fit for my shoes. Overall, these insoles have greatly improved my daily comfort and reduced my foot pain. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable solution to enhance their footwear experience.

Nice insoles - but order multiple sizes!
I just bought new hiking boots, and though they fit well, there was a hot spot in the heel area of the right foot that was giving me blisters. So, I figured I'd try some Superfeet, because they supposedly lock down your heel, and I have heard lots of glowing reviews (friends and online reviews). I first ordered these blue insoles, as well as the black and green insoles, in the "E" size, because I wear a size 10.5/11 shoe. None of them were very comfortable, so I returned them all, wondering what all the fuss was about. After taking another hike - and getting another blister in the right heel - I figured I'd try one more time. I ordered these blue ones in the "F" size - even though it was bigger than my shoe size - and immediately after placing them on the floor and stepping on them, I could tell they fit me perfectly. Turns out, the arch and the heel cup of the "E" size had been too small. So, if you're ordering these, ORDER MULTIPLE SIZES AT ONCE - especially since returns are free. The size of your ARCH is more important than the size of your shoe/foot. The arch of the support should feel like it's cradling the entire arch of your foot. As far as which color to buy, I like the blue because they seem like a good balance of support and lower volume. I think the green would be too much for my well-fitted hiking boots, and the black doesn't seem to offer as much support under the heel. Update: I finally got a chance to use these on a short but steep hike (4 miles) and they did GREAT. I'm finally a believer, now. They totally solved the blister problem I was having, kept my feet stable and "locked into place," and were very comfortable. Plus, I swear my feet/knees/legs feel less fatigued than they did before these insoles. I'm looking forward to using them in my snowboard boots this winter. Try them out, it might be a great help.

Durable and supportive
I have low-ish arches, worse in my right foot due to an injury. I've struggled with posterior tibial tendinosis as a result of the over-pronation. I've tried various arch supports over the years with varying success. Subjectively, Superfeet blues have been the best supports for at least four reasons: โข They are direct drop-in replacements for factory insoles in every shoe I've used them with, no trimming required (I'm about a 10.5 US men's). Mostly hiking boots. โข They are as comfortable as factory in most shoes. โข They are supportive, by which I mean firm. They don't sag or compress much in the arch area. This means my feet remain stable through normal activities like standing, hiking, walking. โข They're quite durable. I have a pair that has to be something like 8 years old, and they still offer good support. One note on the fit- the heel is meaningfully thicker than a typical factory insole, so it's possible that in some shoes the extra vertical lift might interfere with fit around the heel. YMMV.

Amazing; Felt a difference immediately in the first few minutes; HIGHLY RECOMMEND
These insoles are wonderful! I stand on my feet all day at work in only business casual shoes (meaning I wear flats with no support). Superfeet recommend using them for only an hour a two the first week or so to get used of the support. I put them in my tennis shoes that I wear when I take the dog out for our daily walks and I immediately felt a difference. They fit perfectly in my tennis shoes, but they were a little small for my flats, but I prefer them in my sneaks. I'll go to work for my 6-8 hour shift using my crummy flats, leaving me with sore feet, aching legs, stiff hips and back pain, then come home and take my 30-45 minute walk up and down hills, and all of my aches and pains are gone. When I first opened the package, I felt betrayed. They were super thin and super hard. I was hoping for something thick and soft, but I still tried them and I would buy more if I could. The heel part has a hard plastic arch support, whereas some of the other more popular brand insoles (won't mention the name) has a soft plastic arch support that collapses within a week. I've used these for about 2 years before doing the research for better insoles. The hard plastic of Superfeet keeps it's shape, it doesn't collapse, especially since it has a bit of support beams on the very bottom to help keep it in the shape. Regarding the hardness as far as comfort on the heels, I thought it was going to be uncomfortable, but really, it feels good. Your feet are not on the hard plastic directly, there is a thin foam lining, making the insoles not hard or soft, and your feet don't sink in like they do with the soft gel cushions. I feel that the soft gel cushioning on arch supports is meant to trick the consumer into thinking that is what will make their feet feel better. I've thought the same and believed it for 2 years, and now I know, that the soft gel is there to also cover up the fact that their arch support is going to give out in a matter of days or weeks

Solves arch pain, worth a try and better than factory insole.
I recently started running and was getting some pain in the right arch. I immediately put aside my old pair of sneakers and got fitted with a runner specific pair. That helped with the aches but it wasn't entirely gone, especially after a 6 mile. After some research, I purchased the blue Superfeet. Took them out for a regular run, 4 miles with incline/decline, no noticeable pain whatsoever. My feet are happy! Few thoughts. I was initially skeptical of the hard heel mold, thinking that it would defeat the purpose of a cushy runner's shoe. None of this concern after a run. The insole runs thin when compared with the default insole that came with my ASICS. This produces extra room on top. I had to tighten up the laces to get a snug fit. These fit my 8.5 ASICS perfectly, in fact, the sole match almost identically with factory default. I don't see how this can fit a size 9 without you feeling the edge near your toes but it could just be the specific brand of shoe I wear. Bottom line: worth a try if you are trying to fix a problem. Their guarantee and free returns make this a gamble-free purchase. As for my arch pain, I've been suggested to do exercise that would strengthen my calves and arch. Relying on equipment is good way to prevent injury but in a long run, strengthening your muscle is key. Update after 30 days: I would have to say that after doing 1-2 times per week of calves strengthening exercise and running with Superfeet, I've decided to try running without it. I have done over 15 miles without it in the past week, 5 miles being the longest of the runs. I no longer feel the arch pain and don't feel a need to run with Superfeet again. This pair of insole will go into my regular street shoes.

Poor manufacturing for the first time ever after 10 pairs.
I have probably bought 10 pairs of super feed blue over the years from my x country ski boots and my hiking shoes and they have been great except for this pair. The right insole plastic bottom was misaligned, and I didnโt realize it until I wore it in a new pair of Altras which I always use super feet in. It was offset to the right on the outer side from the arch right against the edge of the insole after inspection.. cause I noticed it was hurting the outside of my foot in that spot as I hiked. Unfortunately, I hiked 7 miles in it and my foot has been hurting now for two days instead of going back and taking them off. I was hoping it would just be a matter of walking in it enough. But I realized after inspection that it was totally a misalignment. So I have sent in this as a return for a replacement since I threw away a box because I never expected a problem. I hope this is not an issue.

Great insoles - greatly recommended
Great design and well worth the added price vs those products of lower cost. The arch support on these will not wear out fast. Liked them lots, I bought 2nd pair for my kids!
