After trying a few cheaper options, this Balson pair is the best we've got so far. Two units for both ears, perfect! The noise cancellation works well in crowds, and adjusting volume is very simple—no complicated apps needed. The beige color blends nicely and looks discreet. My mother loves how lightweight it feels, and the charging case is convenient for travel. Battery lasts long, and we got the dry kit free. Worth every penny—great product from Balson!

Cheap product waste of money
Worst product ever. It became faulty within just 10 days. For service, you have to courier it all the way to Noida, and it took over 20 days to get it back. How are people supposed to manage without it for 20+ days? On top of that, the battery now drains very quickly. Since it broke within 10 days, I requested a brand-new replacement, but they only sent back the repaired unit. Don't waste your money on this product—buy from a reputable brand instead.

About extra Earplug
The product is good, but I didn't get extra earplug. Instead I got only one which is attached to it.

Unimaginably wonderful
This device has exceeded my expectations by far. I got it for my 84-year-old father, who could barely hear, but he hears us all very well and clearly after using this device. Compact hearing aid with day long battery life
This is a great product. I bought this for my Mom and now she is using it daily. It is compact and the color blends with the skin color. The battery lasts for the entire day and then it can be charged at night. It is such a boon unlike other heavy and bulky hearing aid. I am glad I chose Balson hearing aid.
