Hello, This is good quality all season tire. They will handle well in all conditions. If you are just needing a tire for the snow, I would recommend a winter or, snow specific tire. Thanks, WT

No, these are not run flat tires.

Are these rated for heavy cars like a Tesla model 3

Tires should always be replaced with the same size designation, with approved or greater load carrying capacity -- or approved options -- as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer or authorized dealer.
