Chinese Restaurant Quality at Home
This stuff is amazing. Lightly fry the powder in a little oil to develop the spices. Add hot water (or stock) gradually, stirring vigorously to eliminate any lumps (it thickens itself) until the consistency you want. You get something like the perfect spicy Chinese restaurant curry sauce. Pour it over what you like (e.g. fried chicken onion and peas), leave to stand a few minutes. Perfect!

In the bin my meal goes.
I usually buy Maykways normal mild curry & have done for years...very nice...but thought I'd give this one a try.... can't even finish the first serving currently sat on my plate in front of me! I just don't find it nice at all...stronger in hotness ( the mild one's hot enough for me) & has a horrible sharper taste to it....in my opinion anyway but each to their own...wife doesn't like it either! Will stick to their usual curry & will be giving this away to someone who might appreciate it more. I'd post a pic of my dinner but amazon would start looking like facebook lol.

THIS BRINGS BACK MEMORIES OF MY CHILDHOOD CURRIES THAT MY MUM USED TO MAKE. SO EASY AND SO DELICIOUS, BUT NOT EASLILY FOUND IN THE USUAL SUPERMARKETS.
