Kaff Chimneys have exceeded my expectations in every way. Their powerful suction technology ensures that no smoke or fumes escape into my kitchen, keeping the air clean and healthy. I also appreciate their sleek and modern design, which adds an elegant touch to my kitchen decor.

Good: The product arrived on time, the installation crew was professional, product is of good quality and quieter than the last chimney I had. It also looks great. To improve: the switching off mechanism with hand swipes requires two swipes. They should have implemented only a single hand swipes instead. Other than this I think it's a solid product.

Not a perfect finished product . The Air ejection hole on chimney body is 5 inch but company gave 6 inch delivery pipe so it not fit on the hole (as per so called technician who came for installation) . Installation guy' is very unskilled , unprofessional . He damaged the chimney & leave the work unfinished but take full payment . KAFF haven't any control on their service centres . They are not attend the work but report to KAFF that the service is completed , they haven't needed the 'happy code' which sent from KAFF to close the complaint or request .

So far no complaints on the product.

For almost 2 years, it worked good, but then 2 months ago 2 capacitors failed. Costing Rs 700+ to fix 2 weeks ago, the flap motor failed, costing Rs 1000+ for fix. Both of the above fixes does by Kaff. Poor quality of components has started to show at 2 years.
