Funny thing- I LOVE this product, but had a couple of crappy shipping issues, so I almost wrote them off- UNTIL, the actual company stepped in. They blew me away, even more than the actual product! I'm a health coach and I know my ingredients- I geek out on this kind of stuff, so I'm a little obsessive when I finally find something that's high quality, especially when it's priced well. I've done the research for you guys- this stuff is a win! I haven't tried anything else this company makes yet, but you can bet that I'm about to! This particular duo though, has fantastic stuff in it. I have awesome, focused energy all day and then I sleep deeply at night. I've started giving these to my teenagers and they've started ASKING for it, if that tells you anything! 😆 Confession time- I actually wrote a bad review a few weeks ago. I was clear that I loved the product, but that I had issues with Amazon messing up the shipping a few times! I was pretty over this and didn't hide my irritation. The company emailed me directly, offering to immediately reimburse me AND they sent me FREE product because I had been clear about loving it. They wanted to ensure they made it right, for every time I had an issue! That's insane- nobody does that anymore! I'm pretty blown away here, but mostly, I have wasted so much time and money trying to find good products for me and my family, that I'm hoping to save a lot of you from the same!

I’m not sure if it was a placebo or if it did calm me down, helping me sleep better through the night. As for the daytime I couldn’t tell a huge difference felt pretty much the same then days I hadn’t taken it. Is easy to swallow didn’t feel nauseous. The taste wasn’t terrible, but not like something you would want in your mouth for a while. Not sure I would repurchase the Daytime but maybe the nighttime

They do what they promise to do… a little too well I might add. I took two of the total focus at 6am with my usual adderall and it’s 7:45 pm and I still haven’t come down off of them. I took sublingual magnesium & two of the total calm and ashwagandha tea & it’s making me feel mellow and I’m able to wind down for the evening. I would suggest if you’re a newbie to nootropics like I am try taking one capsule of the Focus instead of two. I’m only doing that going forward because although I was focused and actually accessed part of my brain that i thought adhd & menopause forever censored as far as recall & not struggling for words and adjectives and could hold a conversation without sputtering out sentence fragments the whole time.. I have yet to ‘crash’ like I normally do by the time I leave work & I realize that the dosage was too much this morning.. but all in all i definitely recommend.

I did not like these products. AM never gave me any energy. And PM worked a little better at nighttime. However I would not purchase them again .

Neither of these pills did a thing for me. I started to fall asleep 45 min after taking the energy one and had the opposite affect when I tried the blue one, I tossed and turned all night and I couldn't get my mind to shut down. The yellow ones smell like polyurethane pool toys and the blue just smells like petroleum based chemicals. Save your money or better yet spend more of it for something that actually works.

I am incredibly impressed with this stack. I’ve tried a lot of different options in this space and have always been dissatisfied. Either way too wired for the energy version and groggy the next morning with the calming. But, this stack is super smooth! I felt so relaxed after 30 minutes of 2 Calm capsules and had one of the most restful nights of sleep that I’ve had in a while. And, it’s not that it makes you sleepy. You’re just ready for bed. Very slick. The Focus capsules were equally impressive! No jitters. No anxiousness. Just like it says TOTAL FOCUS. I work 14-16 hours a day 6 days a week and it’s rough going most days. I’ve got hope for better sleep and more sustained energy through this stack. Excellent work, guys!

I am skeptical of supplements and usually never buy them because they are not FDA regulated. We don't know exactly what ingredients are used or the quality of them. But this product had such good reviews that I decided to give it a chance. I've never been a coffee drinker or user of caffeine at all but sometimes I struggle with energy in the mornings to get going with my day and especially to exercise. These pills have a gentle effect. They make me feel good and I feel a bit more energetic and motivated. I do not take them every day, just when I need a pick me up. Probably twice a month. The evening pills also have a mild, gentle effect of calming and making me feel slightly tired. I use it about twice a month on average as well. I do not want to become dependent on these pills but I find them very very helpful with pleasant effects when I do need them. I highly recommend. The pills are a little big but they slide down very easily.

I was really hoping these would help but they have made me feel worse. It hasn't helped with fatigue or focus at all and the pm pills seem to make me sleep worse. I have had stomach pains and nausea constantly since using this and my heart palpitations and arrhythmia have increased.
