These are too cute! I’m not artist but once it shrinks down any little mistakes are unnoticeable. I’ve had it on my keychain for weeks and it’s held up well. It shrinks down to probably an under half the size. Great value for the money, one keychain doesn’t use a full sheet. So much you can do with these!

This is such an excellent craft to gift kids. It’s so easy to make them (as long as you can hold a colored pencil and have an adult to operate the oven) and they make perfect little charms that are durable enough that they can go through a playground of abuse. The name brand kits often are printed with coloring-book-style designs, but I feel like this is a way more creative option! And, as an adult who is using these for her own crafts (buttons, keychains, phone charms, etc) it’s so cool that I can see through the sheets to trace images! I made a miniature of a box of Jr. Mints by tracing a box onto a full sheet, and it was SO CUTE the way it shrunk down. The sheets are big enough to play around with, and you get so many more than you would from the name brand. I will say that they can shrink a little inconsistently, so if you NEED precision, it may be a little off. But, even the full sheet shrunk pretty close to an even rectangle. I would recommend tracing a ruler and shrinking that so you have an accurate shrink scale!

These shrink sheets are awesome! They’re super easy to use—just draw, cut, and bake. Watching them shrink is so satisfying, and the final result is durable and perfect for keychains, magnets, or little gifts. Great quality and plenty of sheets in the pack. A fun activity for kids and adults alike!

I have used this for a couple years now with my first grade class making keychains for Mother's Day and they are perfect. I cut the 5x7 sheets in half because I do like the smaller keychains. It makes a keychain about 1.5x2 inches, as you can see in the pictures. It says that this shrinks down by 20% but it actually shrinks down by 80%. If it doesn't uncurl all the way flatten it down by laying a book or even flattening it down with a spatula while it's still hot, you can also put it back in the oven for a few seconds. Using a heat gun does not work as well and takes a lot longer, I put mine in the oven for about 1 minute on 350, you can also use a toaster oven and it only takes about 30 seconds. Using markers and colored pencils both work great but you will need a clear coat to spray on top just to keep it from smudging - spray on AFTER baking. The colors after it bakes are so vibrant and beautiful. For the notebook paper I drew the lines for this and then let the kids write a poem or a message to Mom. I love this!

I bought these to make mother's day keychains with my niece. It was a lot of fun and the tiny handprints were a big hit with my sister. There was some crackling of the paint but it was only certain colors so that leads me to think it was the paints fault. Even with the crackled texture, the paint was stuck to the plastic permanently. My sister did say that she was worried the jump rings weren't strong enough. I still gave it 5 stars because it's definitely worth it as a craft kit to make some cute things or as a craft to do with kids. If your trying to make professional key chains though, then maybe it's not the right kit.

I used these to make earrings and they turned out pretty well, although they ARE difficult to straighten after being pulled from the heat. It helps to have a hard tile or something like that to flatten pieces out immediately after pulling from the oven/from under the heat gun. I highly recommend looking up tutorials on how best to work with heat shrink plastic like this, because it can be tricky! If you are an adult, they are relatively easy to use, for the most part once you get the hang of it. These make great pieces, although they DO shrink QUITE a bit, but that's to be expected. I think they are a great value, suit my needs, and are fun to work with and to try to figure out how to master. If you're looking for a new hobby or something fun to do with older kids, these might be a good fit for you. They're even great for professionals and come out to be a decent size, IF you know how to account for how much they shrink. Overall, they can be a little difficult to get right, but the price is right! I used them to make a pair of custom alien earrings for a client, and a pair of Simpsons earrings for myself. ✨
