I had another brand for over 10years and it was starting to not work. I looked this brand up and did all three main doors in my house with them. The install was easy, set up with and without the app was also easy. You dont need the app, but it does make things easier. The keyphobes that come with it can be used and the other ones I bought of the same brand and you can either share the same codes to the other locks or make new ones with the app. I dont have e an Alexa or google, but they are compatible with them

I’m really impressed with this lock! It was super easy to install and the setup was simple. I love having keyless entry, and the key cards are a great option when I don’t want to use a physical key. It’s convenient, easy to use, and feels like a great upgrade for the front door. Definitely happy with this purchase!

Actually satisfied with lock, I bought because it came with handle locks that I did not have to buy separately, and extra wifi keys for guests beside regular keys, plus fingerprint access all for a reasonable price Called customer service to assist with set up because I did not want to mess up. Guy was patient and gave us excellent service. We are ready to go 4 stars for now will give 5 after 6 months of use. For the price leaning on 5

I usually don’t write reviews but i do look at them so i wanted to leave something helpful. It was difficult to put on our door (our door is metal we needed to make some extra holes in it) it was a 3 person job LOL but we did figure it out. It does not come with batteries so you will have to buy AA batteries. I’m not complaining i do love it now that it’s set up. The app lets you do temporary codes if you’re having someone come over for x amount of time & don’t want them to have your permanent code (which also can be changed on the app at anytime) I only needed 4 finger prints but i am able to add more in there if need be. You can do more than one code. I love the two cards it comes with you just put it close to the reader & it unlocks. It does lock automatically after 5 seconds (time can be changed to more) if you set it up in the app. If you choose not to set it up it won’t lock automatically - users preference. You can choose for it to make sound when locking/unlocking. You’re able to unlock the door from your phone. It comes with video instructions on setting up. Like i said it is a little difficult especially if your door doesn’t have all the holes already +metal- you’ll have to use a tool to go through a metal door but once your holes are in it’s an easy set up.

Very cool, first electronic upgrade! The only downer is 4 AA batteries will be the only cost. Form safety, that’s a fair price. Thank you!

Installation was very simple but only problem was I wasn’t able to to connect with my Bluetooth. I called the customer service gentleman was very helpful we tried few steps it didn’t work. Within 48 hours they replaced another lock set. In the it has the same issue but customer service gentleman sugeo and 2 nd time George help me out to set it up correctly. Lock is working perfectly as intended. I’m glad I have this lock set.

When I purchased the lock and installed it. I noticed the inside handle was not unlocking the door from the inside. So reinstalled the lock and still was having the same problem. So I called customer service and spoke to George and handled the situation and send me a replacement. Received the replacement fast and installed. Works great! Excellent customer service! Thank you George for 5 🌟 service!!
