It fits perfectly into the spot of your current deadbolt and is just as simple to mount on a brand-new door.We were especially impressed by how effortlessly it connected to our Wi-Fi network and integrated with our Google Home system. The app is intuitive and makes it easy to manage user access, monitor activity, and lock/unlock the door remotely, all with just a few taps.And we have to give a special shoutout to their Customer Support, particularly “Sally”, who went above and beyond to walk us through some of the more advanced features. 5 stars for support and the lock itself. I ordered the bundle that came with the door handle as I wanted both changed and to match. The smart lock itself and app are good quality, easy enough to setup and work as intended.My issue was with the door handle. Both my wife and 9 y/o daughter kept getting stuck in/out of the house because the inner handle mechanism didn’t always retract the latch. Rather than leave a bad review in order to get it fixed, I just contacted them on their website. Had to send a copy of the receipt/invoice and a short video showing the problem. They quickly had a new handle sent and I had it installed within 3 days of contacting them.Great customer support. And a great lock!
