Great book. Marker included. A lot of fun and keeps kids busy. Only problem is that the marker does not last to color all pages. Great value and size for on the go travel. Marker ink dries fast and only shows on paper. Mess free activity for the win. Definitely recommend as a fun coloring activity.

These are really fun for my 2 year old. Great for any outing where they want to color but you don't want them to color on anything around them Worked really well for the plane. My son colored the pages and inevitably tried to color the tray table as well. Luckily the pen is non-marking so it worked out well. The pages have lots of space that needs coloring so you get a lot of use out of them. Very satisfied I can see us using these at restaurants, car trips as well as planes.

Several months ago, we went on a road trip and I wanted to have some activities for our three-and-a-half year old twins to use in the car that were fun and easy to clean up without having lots of small parts to get lost in the car. I came across these Imagine Ink books and loved the idea of them! My son loves Thomas and I knew this book would be a hit with him. We didn't end up using these for our road trip but we've used them quite a bit over the past couple months, either at home or while we are eating at a restaurant. This book measures 5 1/2 inches by 6 inches, has 24 pages of "coloring" and activities, and a thick back to the book so it's easy to color. It comes with one marker that is used specifically for these books and it shouldn't leave colorful marks on couches, tables, or walls. The marker has a strong smell, almost like rubbing alcohol, so if your child is sensitive to smells, you might want to avoid these books. My kids don't seem bothered by it but some people are. I like having nice, "clean" options for my kids so we can take an activity book like this to a restaurant or when we travel. Each page of this book has a train to "color" as well as items, shapes and numbers at the top to find in the picture. When you first open the book, all of the pages are black and white and the marker brings out the color. There isn't any creativity to these books since the colors are predetermined but it's a nice activity to keep kids occupied and it's slightly educational so it's a win-win! I really like that the marker doesn't leave any marks on surfaces. My kids have tried to color on our table or on the couch but it just leaves a wet mark that is easy to clean up. We haven't had any problems with staining which is great! The one thing I wish with these books is that the company would sell replacement markers. We lost the cap to one of our markers so it dried out and rubbing alcohol and baby oil don't bring out the color on the pages. I'm happy with these books and they've helped keep my kids occupied when we are at home or out to eat. They would be good for traveling too since they aren't messy and are a great size to stick in a purse, backpack, or diaper bag. I feel they are a bit expensive to buy them frequently but we will buy them whenever we have a big trip. Despite the fact that there isn't a lot of creativity involved and we can't buy replacement markers at this point, I'd still recommend them if you want to buy a good, "clean" activity plus these books come in a variety of characters!

This is such a great book for my son. I love that the magic pen works great, dries fast and is easy for my little guy to use. This book is the perfect size for him to hold and is made out of great quality paper material. If you have a little one who loves trains and Thomas and Friends, I would highly recommend this little book.

Cute and great for traveling! I give these to my two-year-old when we go on road trips and it keeps him busy for so long. Best invention ever! No need to worry about mess either. :) when we visit the cousins, (ages 2-8) they all want to borrow them too. This is a great way to keep kids busy without planting them in front of the TV.

I bought it for my 7 year grandson,who is crazy about Thomas. He was very excited to finally receive the colouring book. It came in nearly 3 weeks. His joy was enough to forget the delay. He immediately opened the package and spent nearly one hour quietly colouring Glad I bought the book. Look forward to more of these books
