If like me you like to find supplements that could improve your wellbeing, then I'm always on the lookout for something new. I've used bromelain successfully over the years, however had not come across Quercetin before, hence I was keen to try it out. First impressions are fairly good, the capsules are said to contain 627mg per dose which is two capsules. When I weighed each they came out at around 500mg each, so this checks out, the remainder being brown rice flower filler. The main ingredient is 490mg of Quercetin per serving, which is said to be a powerful antioxidant with immune-supporting benefits. This can help maintain healthy immune responses, especially during seasonal transitions. There is also 50mg of bromelain, however this is a very low dose, usually you need around 500-1000mg for any real effects, so this is not going to do much. Performance wise, I took these for several days, and didn't notice any positive or negative effects, however Quercetin is mainly said to help with respiratory health, so these will likely be more helpful if you have or are recovering from a cold/flu, so I will keep these in reserve for such a time as a recovery aid. Overall for £30 these feel like fairly poor value, given you have to take 2 to get the desired amount, which means this bottle only contains 45 doses. There are other products available that contain identical ingredient that cost half the price, so I would recommend you shop around instead

I like the form factor of the container and the pills are easy enough to swallow. It would have been nice to have more than 45 days supply at this price range though.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 90 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around 45 days. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your immunity health.

Sometimes Price can make you feel like something is quality, but you can get similar products with the same ingredients elsewhere for over half the price. But that's supplements right! Cant say if they do anything, like any other supplement, but they didn't have any adverse effects either. Claims that pills can boost your immune system are laughable. but if you think you need these then go for it... Its hard to rate a pill that has no immediate affects. Take ibuprofen, pain goes away, then great. Take a supplement and then feel maybe better, or maybe not worse...hmm

Good for immune support they are easy to take and have no taste or smell I do think they are slightly over priced for what you get only 45 day supply I've seen better value elsewhere

I will be honest i have never tried these before and after a month of using them i am still unsure as to what they actually do. I know they're to help your immune system but i think having 2 children under 6 i am always going to catch something from the breeders. I will continue using them till i have finished the bottle and if some wonderous thing happens in the meantime i will come back and amend this but i am not holding my breath.
