Bought this for my granddaughter for riding lessons. Fit well, durable (hit the ground often), comfortable and lightweight.

This cheap helmet can definitely take the occasional bump and survive getting knocked around in my truck without compromising safety, cracking, crushing the foam or coming apart. There is no back-of-head adjustment, so proper size is critical. The Large fits my head well enough in both size and shape so it will fit people that wear a 7-1/4 to 7-3/8 hat size well, with or without long hair. I wear a 7-1/4 hat and have very short hair and there is plenty of room for more head/hair but it isn't sloppy and stays in place even when I'm getting the snot knocked out of me in the saddle (those of us who are older and learning to ride know exactly what I'm talking about).

I have a big head (7-7/8) which for some reason makes finding riding helmets darn near impossible locally and my barn requires them. I was pleasently surprised with the comfort and protection offered as this helmet seems to cover more of my head than most. I personally dislike plain white anything so i added some color to its nice matt finish with a sharpie. Over all great buy.

Fit my 6 yr old perfect. He says it’s very comfortable. Looks great on him and seems very durable.

I took a brutal unplanned dismount that landed me in trauma care with brain bleed. Had I not been wearing my helmet I probably wouldn’t be writing this review. I never ride without wearing a helmet.

Great riding helmet! Comfortable and lightweight but study and great for beginners!

Another review mentioned the helmet is not adjustable. After closely reading the description it indicated it was adjustable. So I ordered an XS (head measurement is 19”). I was disappointed to find that the helmet is NOT adjustable. We will give it a try and see if does not flop around on her head while she is riding. It would be nice if the description was accurate. I will update my review after we use it, I’m hoping it will fine.
