Poor instructions
I have looked at it and am trying to figure out how it goes together. The instruction is basically useless. I get how to attach the base to the ball washer. But attaching that to the golf cart doesn't make much sense. I am going to get some help from a fellow who works with golf carts. Also, there is another part that looks like a piece of smooth leathery circular shaped object. Nowhere in the instructions does it even show this thing let alone what it is for. If the additional help doesn't get this mounted I am going to return it before the end of the month.
