Best ceiling fan I have ever owned. And I have had many. It’s a beautiful fan. I bought the white one. The soft grain wooden blades on the one side are perfect for my room. And, what a difference a DC motor makes. I hear nothing when I turn it on - its air flow is like a summer breeze. It has six speeds, and they are all completely quiet. Also, all kinds of light choices - fabulous. ‘Zero trouble with the remote. It works flawlessly. Easy to assemble. I just bought it yesterday. I’ll update if necessary.

Background I purchased this fan to replace a Hunter ceiling fan in my bedroom. The Hunter was a decent unit, but it rattled at high speeds and had a noticeable motor hum that worsened with increased speed. My goal was to find a fan that solved both problems. Despite some hesitation about an unfamiliar brand, this DREO delivered on everything I was looking for. Installation Assembly is straightforward. Most of the work (including attaching the blades) is done on the ground before mounting, which makes the process much less awkward than typical ceiling fan installs. The 3-wire hookup (hot, neutral, ground) is simpler than fans that require a separate remote receiver, and there's plenty of room to work inside the canopy. Features & controls The remote gives granular control over fan speed, light color temperature, and dimming level. The DREO app connected without any issues and offers the same control from your phone. There are additional fan modes available on the remote, though I didn't find them particularly useful for everyday use. Build quality & noise The fit and finish exceeded my expectations for a brand I wasn't familiar with. The fan runs completely silently, even at the highest speed setting. This alone makes it a massive upgrade over my previous fan. The one downside The flat LED panel directs most of its light straight down rather than spreading it across the room. It lights up the area directly below well, but doesn't fill the whole room the way a traditional bulb setup would. It's a minor trade-off and easy to live with given how well everything else performs. Bottom line An excellent ceiling fan. Quiet, feature-rich, easy to install, and well-built. I would absolutely buy another one.

I bought two of these Dreo ceiling fans to replace aging ones in our 2nd floor bedrooms. One was a snap to install; the other had some issues with a roof joist interfering with installation of the new fan (had to change the metal mounting box), but that has nothing to do with the quality and function of these fans. They are whisper quiet, move a great deal of air, and have a wide variety of functions on the remote control. The remote has six speeds, but to date I haven't had to go above level 3 (we've had several days above 100° F here in the Denver area in summer 2025). The built-in dimmable LED lights are sufficient, but it's still a good idea to have lamps on the nightstands. These fans do a good job of keeping us cool at night, when I turn off the air conditioning and open the windows to save electricity (yes, we do that here in Colorado). The modern styling of the Dreo is a welcome change from the vintage look you see in most ceiling fans on the market. The only minor complaint I have is the fans hum gently on level 3. The light cover is mounted in such a way that the fan creates a mild resonance at that speed; it's not intrusive or annoying, but is noticeable since the fan doesn't do it at the other settings. A simple touch on the light cover stops it. Overall these are excellent ceiling fans, and I'm very satisfied with their performance to date.

I’ve been using the Dreo ceiling fan with light and remote for a few weeks now, and it works really well. The fan is very quiet, even at higher speeds, and the airflow is strong enough to cool a medium-sized room. The light is bright and dimmable, and I like that you can change the color temperature. The remote makes it easy to control everything without getting up, and the overall design looks clean and modern. Setup wasn’t too complicated either. My only small complaint is that it beeps every time you change a setting, which can be a little annoying at night. Otherwise, it’s a great fan for the price.

Great ceiling fan! I bought this to replace a Honeywell fan that cost $60 more but has a TERRIBLE high pitched hum when it runs! I'm going to sell or give away! This DREO is FANTASTIC! Looks nice and runs QUIET! No motor noise at all. Pros: ZERO motor noise, easy to install(did it myself), no remote receiver to try and fit into fan box, light is nice and bright (12x30 room to light up), produces lots of air flow, remote works great Cons: some parts are only plastic, fan blades are plastic material but still look nice, light is plastic (would be nice if it was glass material I would definitely recommend purchasing this fan!

I purchased two of these fans to install in my great room. They came quickly and were very easy to install. I'm very impressed with how quiet the fans are! At slow speeds they are inaudible. At high speed, all you can hear is the sound of moving air! They look very modern and sleek. The light is so much brighter than the old fans, and the ability to adjust the intensity and color temperature make the lighting in my great room actually useful! It was really easy to set the fans up on the smartphone app as well. I was able to easily connect them to my Wi-Fi network, and now can control them from literally anywhere with internet access! I was able to add my spouse as well so they can control it too. It's nice to not have to leave the couch to make adjustments! I did have an issue with one of the fans, but I reached out to Dreo support and was helped by Tracy. Tracy quickly identified the issue and sent a replacement fan that showed up the very next day. I can't thank Tracy enough for the help, and the excellent customer service! The only negative thing I can say about the fan is that it is designed to connect to only one power source. My old fans had two connections, one for the fan, and one for the light. That allowed you to utilize a wall switch to control the two functions separately. Since the new fans only has one connection, you can't use the wall switch to control the light separately from the fan. However, that is easily resolved by using the included remote. I mounted it next to the original wall switches and can easily use that to control all functions of the fans. If you are looking for a new smart fan for your space, these would be my first recommendation!

Quiet, has an actual LOW speed. Great fan, has the ability to move a lot of air or a little air. The light settings have numerous types of light spectrums -soft white, a yellowish-old school light (the best), and for the millennials-BLUE-light. as well as the ability to increase and/or decrease the brightness of these options. Thanks to the free hanging mount the fan uses gravity to keep it level and rattle-free. I saved the best feature for last, the settings don't reset when you you turn it off at the wall switch! Buy one, you won't regret it.

First off the mounting bracket for this fan requires either a 4" circular box or wood to secure it. My box was 3" so I had to go in the attic to put a cross beam next to the far side of the box to secure that side to it. Otherwise installation was very easy. Not sure why they have you put on the blades before mounting it, maybe just so it's less likely to drop a screw but it's a lot easier to mount and do the wiring without the blades in the way.It went into WiFi pairing mode right after turning on power the first time and if you have the app ready and signed in it automatically detects the fan and walks you through connecting it to WiFi and getting it ready in the app. The fan is nice and quiet and moves air well. The light is pretty good, could maybe be a little brighter. The integration with Home Assistant lets you control most aspects like fan on/off and speeds, light on/off and brightness as well as light temp, it just doesn't have the modes. The Alexa integration is also pretty full featured and works well.

Easy install, works awesome. The app for the lights is a great add on. Love being able to change the temperature of the lights and the fan is so quiet I don’t even know that it on.

Ventilador muy completo, se puede controlar mediante el mando a distancia (sencillo y elegante) o una app en el móvil (muy fácil y rápido de configurar). La instalación no es muy complicada, aunque al trabajar en altura y por la posición que hay que adoptar tiene su cierta complicación, sobre todo si, como en mi caso, tienes una cama en medio de la habitación. El funcionamiento es muy bueno, silencioso sobre todo en las velocidades más bajas, de noche no se escucha nada de ruido. Ojo, porque si eliges la opción de brisa natural sí que se escucha un pequeño, pero perceptible repiqueteo (de noche cuando duermes), que supongo que será el motor que va cambiando de velocidad, por lo que opté por elegir el funcionamiento normal. Puedes programar la hora de encendido y apagado, tiene temporizador y la luz, que es regulable en intensidad y temperatura de color, ilumina más que de sobra en una habitación. La función principal del ventilador que es refrescar la estancia la cumple a la perfección, ya que se nota el airecillo fresco que te rodea por la noche. También dispone de función reversible que se supone que en invierno baja el aire caliente del techo hacia al suelo, pero no he tenido ocasión de probarlo. Recomendable 100%.

Spero di essere più dettagliato possibile dato le recensioni esistenti. Montaggio: il montaggio è stato semplice, fatto in 30 minuti. L’unica accortezza da fare per non impapinarvi, preparare il montaggio delle parti su un tavolo, quindi prima di fissare il tubo quello che va agganciato a quello fissato con i fisher al soffitto e alla plafoniera per intenderci, inserite i 2 coperchi altrimenti vi toccherà rismontare per rimetterli. Poi personalmente ho preferito mettere le pale con la plafoniera montata, per il resto è semplice (parte elettrica) basta inserire tra un pezzo e l’altro i pezzi con i colori rispettivi nello stesso punto. Uso: dotato di un telecomando con cambio di batteria da una vite sul fondo, ha 6 velocità del ventilatore di cui si può invertire il senso delle pale, tasto di accensione ventilatore e luce, regolazione luce luminosità/colore, un tasto con attiva/disattiva audio dei tasti alla plafoniera e dei timer fino a 8h. Wifi: con il wifi è stato semplicissimo, cè un codice qr che ti fa scaricare la applicazione dedicata, molto intuitiva e facile da usare, può essere collegata a google home, alexa e siri. Nelle impostazioni della app vedi subito per quale assistente vocale utilizzare. Personalmente ho alexa, ho fatto qualche routine e via. Presentazione: esteticamente mi piace tanto, materiali secondo di me di qualità, imballaggio perfetto, le pale sono in legno leggero, giustamente non devono essere massello se devono girare veloce. Silenzioso anche a velocità massima. Per ora non ho trovato difetti, con alexa funziona sempre. Detto questo io consiglio vivamente questo prodotto!
