I much prefer these timers to the digital ones as they are user friendly and seem to last a lot longer. For any gardener the dual settings are great providing plenty of time settings for each hose. They have kept it simple so it can be set up in minutes allowing you to spend time on other things rather than messing around with settings on a digital one which can be time consuming and very annoying especially when there are so many other things to do. Really can’t fault it, well done!!

I'm throwing it away now as it leaks water everywhere. In short, this unit needs to be removed and stored indoors over winter, because freezing will split the barrel. Value for money was OK when I bought it but price has gone up by £10 since then.

I did not write a review when I first purchase this product It work well for the first season if a little heavy on battery use. It was then dry stored without batteries. When I next wanted to use it worked fine for 2 days then died on me. looking and feeling the unit it appeared to be full of water I tried to drain and dry it out. Still did not work, could not find if it was guaranteed or not so went in the bin.

Very happy with this item. It’s easy to use and solves a problem in the lawn with two sprinklers while away on holiday. It’s not very expensive and does what we need to do.

Easy to use and set up. Worked well for a year until let children wash car off with hose and they pulled it round the side of the house and the connection to the tap snapped. Not particularly robust they were not being silly just rolling out the house.

I connected a sprinkler and arranged all flower pots around it while on a holiday. This did keep the plants alive.
