Invaluable for knee rehab as well as total leg strength. Love it !
Perfect for knee rehab. Get this and NOT the split wedges for weak knees. The gym I train at has these and I bought one for myself and my husband as they are invaluable for lower body strength and building muscle in Glutes, hammys, and calves. So much you can do with this wedge and it is very stable!

Excellent product. Sturdy, light, handy, good size design. Quality built & craftsmanship. Good plywood material. Sandpaper gripping is perfect for sneakers. Good angle of elevation. The handle is perfectly placed for hand carrying. Great for toe press or toe touches stretching. Reverse it and it’s good for elevated heels squats. Worth the money paid.

Solid and functional
The build quality on this thing is way better than anticipated, and the large grip surface is phenomenal. That being said, I believe it's worth the price when compared to alternatives. I use it for elevated squats, and my post-workout noodle legs prove that the functionality is superb.
