Needed a simple IR volume remote for my Sonos ray soundbar that didn’t turn up the TV audio at the same time as the bar and it worked perfectly no issues. No batteries included so get some triple AAAs as well

Easy,to pair up and to use. Just takes patience. Size of buttons ideal and has all the basic ones,that are needed. Bought it,for my elderly father,to use, instead of using,two remote controls,for TV. Just need,to keep practicing,how to use it,as hard to break,old habits,in using previous controls.

This was simple to program and simple to operate, ideal for the elderly and even for those with the onset of dementia. Word of warning, if using for just one device makes sure to program both sources for the same remote, my elderly father managed to press the source button and the remote wouldn't work and then started messing around with the complicated original, found him watching the radio on the TV!

Great idea BUT not a good idea to have the main programming button on the front of the remote ! Very easy for a person with dementia or bad eyesight to press this by mistake and then I programme the whole remote control.

Good device for elderly or people with limited finger movements. My hubby has Alzheimers and this helps far better than a controller with loads of buttons.

When I inserted the battery the controller automatically linked to the wrong tv. When I try and reset to the correct tv it will not program. The red light does not come on whichever buttons I press

took 2 weeks to set up and only uses Duracell batteries

Brilliant product ,My elderly father finds it easy to use as was strundling before due to several strokes and arthritis in hand .glad we fund this product ...Can't rate it high enough

Lo compré para mi abuela de 85 años y está muy contenta, antes se volvía loca con el mando original del decodificador de satélite, se metía en los menús y lo desconfiguraba todo. Este es muy fácil de configurar, hay que enfrentar los sensores IR del mando original y de este y seguir unos sencillos pasos. Ideal solo para lo que lo usa ella que es tocar el volumen y subir y bajar los canales de uno en uno.

Questo telecomando è stata la salvezza dei miei fragili nervi. Ho acquistato alcuni telecomandi semplificati per i miei genitori anziani. Ma nonostante questo riuscivano ugualmente a smemorizzare continuamente tutti i programmi. Ora con questo telecomando i miei problemi sono svaniti. Si possono memorizzare solamente i tasti che uno vuole. Quindi io ho messo i due del cambio del canale, i due del volume e quello dell'accensione. Nient'altro. Sono rinato
