I was mildly misled by the photo. I expected it to be bigger and fluffier. As a chronic pain sufferer, I looked forward to this arriving. While it isn't as big and fluffy, I do use it every day. I use it both in its "chair" configuration and folded into the back support. It really has been nice to have. Is it perfect? No. But I think I was expecting way too much.

I bought one of these (without headrest) over a year ago, and my kid wanted one for her. Mine is stuffed firmly, which is good for better support, and did not smell. This one has a headrest which is great, but the whole pillow is not stuffed as well as mine was, and it has a funny smell to it, not sure why. I the extra $17 for a headrest is too much also.

I have tried several different options for support pillows and this one is by far my favorite! I use it on the couch and it has helped immensely with my back and knee pain. It's adjustable and still supportive. I really like that it supports my knees, taking strain off my hips.

Bought this for post dmx knowing I would have to sleep on my back for weeks. I put it on my bed with my pillow under the head of it to keep it propped up. If you are needing it for the same reason I did have to have help getting out of it for the first week very awkward to get out of. But I absolutely love it and am so glad I bought it. Would highly recommend

I have a very bad back bought an expensive mattress a 700.00 topper and who knew this is ALL I needed! I love this it is so comfortable takes the pressure off my back. Also I lost my husband almost 5 years ago and this is always like a hug from him so comfortable. I would recommend this 100 %

Saggy and under stuffed. The headrest attachment hangs forward because the base pillow isn’t full enough to support it. I can fit two arms between the loop of the Velcro attachment. No amount of fluffing fixes it.

I purchased this to help support my body because I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and ME/CFS. I use the big semi-circle to support me when reading in bed. I use the small semi-circle to hold my elbows when I knit, cross-stitch, embroider, crochet... And I use the pillow part on my la-z-boy to support my head whenever I am sitting in my la-z-boy (when crafting and/or watching television). This cushion is very sturdy. The outside cover comes off and can be washed if it becomes dirty.
