The P.CALM Water Barrier Moisturizing Sun Cream has quickly become one of my go-to daily sunscreens. It’s incredibly lightweight and hydrating, and feels more like a calming moisturizer than a typical SPF. My skin tends to be on the sensitive and dry side, and this formula doesn’t sting, clog pores, or cause any irritation. It blends in smoothly with no white cast, and the finish is soft and dewy, not greasy at all. I also love how it helps reinforce the skin barrier while protecting from UV rays. Even in hot and humid weather, this sunscreen hydrates, soothes, and protects. I haven’t had any issues with it running in my eyes, and it doesn’t pill, so that’s a win. It even wears well under make-up. I’m really impressed. Highly recommend it, especially for anyone with sensitive or easily irritated skin! I use 2-2 1/2 fingers of product for my face, neck, ears, and chest.

Fantastic! I have spent years looking for a good quality sunscreen I can use on my face that doesn’t irritate my skin or my eyes and feels light and moisturizing. Enter P-Calm! I ordered it based on the positive reviews here (no eye irritation) and I was not disappointed! My eyes are super sensitive- even if I put a chemical sunscreen on my cheeks my eyes would water. I was a bit nervous to try this, but I generously applied it to my entire face, including under my eyes (right to the lash line) and it sank right in beautifully like a lightweight moisturizer. I then put some primer on my skin (no issues there) followed by my light coverage foundation. Absolutely perfect! I’m so excited to have found a good sunscreen that doesn’t irritate my skin and eyes! Plus on the days I go makeup free I don’t have to go sunscreen free. I had been using a SPF 50 mineral based tinted sunscreen that was good, but it was heavy and had to be blended quite a bit to make it look like “my skin only better”. I’m happy to have a choice now and will recommend this to my friends. Thanks to everyone who reviewed this product it really helped me in my purchase decision. TLDR: Could not wear American chemical sunscreens - wasn’t sure there was hope for me until finding this gem!

This has a lovely texture! It is spf 50 with only next gen filters. My skin is very sensitive to first gen chemical filters (that are used here in the US chemical sunscreens), but this only uses next gen chemical filters which are amazing and not irritating at all. very comparable to mineral sunscreen in terms of gentleness minus the white cast. The texture on this is great! slightly moisturizing without being greasy or too much. not super light weight so I wouldn't wear on the most humid, super hot days but perfect for cooler summer days. I know I will love this even more in the fall, winter and spring months even more! was worried about buying beauty on amazon as there are so many fakes, but this seller assured me they are authorized retailer and I did get an original product! highly recommend trying it! I also want to add that I MUCH prefer this over the beauty of J sunscreen. The latter has a white cast if you don't blend in thoroughly. I have since learned that overworking the sunscreen into the skin (typically done to prevent white cast) will decrease its efficacy. So I have since stopped buying that and this has become my HG wear every single day as I do not have to blend this in as it has ZERO white cast truly! no need to blend in thoroughly or overwork it. Layers beautifully. It does not dry down as fast as the beauty of J n feels ever so slightly thicker/heavier/more moisturizing, but in the colder months I like this. I have since just adjusted what I layer underneath to lighter products and that works very well for me. I cannot stop singing the praises of this product!

This sunscreen is an absolute marvel for sensitive skin! It’s completely non-irritating and doesn’t sting. It’s perfect for my combination skin, providing a subtle matte finish with a natural, radiant glow. It also works great under makeup! Overall, it’s an excellent everyday sunscreen.

Good quality sunscreen—lightweight and didn’t cause any skin issues or irritation. As others mentioned, it leaves a noticeable glow. Unfortunately, it made my naturally oily skin look extra shiny, almost sweaty. Not ideal for summer, but I’ll keep for winter when my skin’s drier.

I am a Korean sunscreen junky. I have used many many different types of Korean sunscreens. My favorite holy grail sunscreen prior to trying this P. Calm was Beauty of Joseon which I used for years. I was obsessed with BoJ and thought nothing could come close to that one but after going out on a limb for P.Calm I feel this sunscreen is better overall. My skin type is oily with dry patches and I use tretinoin every day. The P.Calm sunscreen is moisturizing but not greasy. The BoJ is thicker and dewier but weirdly more drying than this sunscreen. I also love that this stuff works great under makeup, better than any other sunscreen I have tried. I love the extra nourishing ingredients in it too. I find myself reaching for P. Calm more than any other sunscreen I own, even more expensive ones just because it sits so well on my skin. It doesn't exaggerate my dry patches but kind of calms them down-- hence the name. My skin can get pretty irritated from the tretinoin and this stuff just relieves that some, so my skin isn't tight feeling or parched. I love this sunscreen. The only thing I would say is this sunscreen has a shelf life, and shouldn't be kept in a hot car of course.
