This makes the most authentic Biriani. Marinade 1Kg of diced chicken thigh with this, yoghurt and garlic puree for a day. Fry(light btown) 3 med onions and 4 or 5 diced tomatoes until soft. Add the chicken mix, cook and layer with vooked, warm basmati rice and corrisnder. Recipe from a delightful south Indian girl. It's fab and will feed 6. 10 put of 10, I kid you not....
