Two of these micropipettes broke after a few months of use (my main reason for two stars). One micropipette had the release button break off, and the other one displays 100 more microliters than what is actually being dispensed (seems like that digit in the pipette got jammed). We ordered multiple sets, and one set came missing one of the micropipettors (the 1000-uL) but had double of another size (the 100-uL). These were a much less expensive option than what we were using previously, but there is a noticeable drop in quality. We have some older micropipettors that are decades old and are still functioning. Another note is that the plastic color varies from pipette to pipette but is not a color-coding system. For example, some of our 100-uL pipettes have black tips and some have white tips, and the orange plastic color is not exactly the same. We will be replacing these, since it looks like we got less than year's use from them.

It seams accurate nothing really broke. I read a bunch of the reviews and it seemed like the product was faulty but it honestly worked well it was pretty easy to use and for 50 bucks it works just fine
