Bought this for our office at work after a flood and everything was musty. This helped to un-musty the place. Some colleagues also then went and bought one for their own homes.

Great product and amazing after sale service. It is not too loud, you can use it while sleeping on the lowest level. If you have any doubts, write to the customer service and they will solve all the problems.

I bought this product in November and it just stopped working after exploding in my face after switching it on 15 February 2026. I tried returning but beyond return date and no warranty.

It has run constantly for 3 weeks. There is no noticeable difference, and the filter shows no evidence that it is filtering anything from the air. I have cats and I live in a building surrounded by construction. I am surprised the filter looks brand new after 3 weeks of nonstop use.

I love the size of this purifier, it’s perfect for my bedroom. Just the second day I could tell a huge difference in the smell of my room, it smelt cleaner, easier to breathe. I have two dogs that sleep in the bedroom with me and they’re awful for shedding, and anyone who walked in my bedroom could tell they slept in here. Not anymore. Also this is the quietest little machine I have ever plugged into an outlet. I’m already looking to buy the bigger one for my living room! Great price, easy directions and fabulous results! :)

Easy to use. Very intuitive. I didn’t even have to open the user’s manual. Sleek look. Clean lines. Excellent production quality. It would have been nice to see a humidity indicator and a countdown for when the filter would need changing, features I’ve seen in one other air filter I own. But those are frills - desirable but not essential. I don’t have the equipment to test the filtering function (that is, how well it filters air in the room) but, overall, this looks and feels like a very well-made air filter.

I purchased two of these for our apartment during wildfires to help reduce the smoke smell in our apartment. My family has issues with severe allergies to seasonal and household allergens so we hoped they would also help mitigate allergy and asthma symptoms. They were delivered within 24 hours of purchase in packaging that ensured they would not get damaged in transit. Once out of the box, they were very easy to assemble and put to work. We put one in the living room and one in the back bedroom. Most days only one is necessary on the lowest setting. The medium setting eliminates any odours in the apartment, including the recent wildfire smoke. The machine is much quieter than I expected it to be. On medium quieter than our tabletop fans. On the low setting silent. We don't hear it at all, which is ideal for sleeping. The sleep setting works a charm, and it's really handy that there are three different timer settings. The night light function is very subtle, so it probably won't keep you awake at night unless you're a very light sleeper. We don't notice it at all when it's on, and it's right next to the bed. If the light does bother you there's a button to press that shuts off all the lights the machine has so you can have it running in a fully dark room. The filter is super easy to install and remove and well-priced when it comes time to replace it. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical when I first made the purchase, but I really shouldn't have been. We couldn't be happier with the Airtok and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient, quiet air purifier for a small to medium-sized room or apartment. I would recommend reading the product information and specs before purchase as it is very accurate and helpful when deciding which one will fit your needs.

I'm really impressed with this air purifier. It's relatively quiet, even on the higher settings. It is perfect for a small to medium sized room and I've noted a good difference in the air quality. The setup was super easy and it doesnt take up much space, which is perfect for the bedroom. Definetly recommend for those looking for a small but powerful purifier.
