100 Classic Games Compendium, 2 Players

The boards are sturdy and the play pieces are ok, maybe a bit light for some games as younger hands knock them over very easily. The majority of games are dice games, but that's ok as we like them. Whatcha out for the last part of the snakes and ladders....it's a challenge!

A very well designed games collection with good quality boards and pieces, will keep children active for many hours.

Received my order within 48 hours. So, fast delivery. When unpacked the contents inside include 5 double sided game boards, made of fairly sturdy cardboard. 2mm's thick. The boards are for the following games. Chess, draughts, Ludo, snakes and ladders, racing game, game of goose,backgammon, Nine Men's Morris, Barbubi. You also have chess pieces, draught pieces, 6 Dice - 4 white, 2 black, with a substantial amount of different coloured pins and various coloured matchsticks. There is an instruction booklet that gives you details of how to play 100 games. Over 50 of these games are puzzles using the matchsticks, ie... only moving 1 matchstick can you solve the puzzle and so on. There are 30 to 40 games using the boards I've never heard of. Only several I have any idea how to play, ie Snakes and ladders. The instructions are clear on how to play each game. In my opinion it is worth the £15.00 I paid. There is more than enough to keep the family busy and it's a great way of bonding and sharing good fun family moments. I would recommend it. Although, it says from 6 years up. I think a young child would demolish the game boards in no time. Especially if heavy handed or destructive. So keep that in mind.

Loads of games and easy to store. It feels cheap because it is cheap by price. Lots of fun games and keeps us busy during this quarantine. Delivered very quickly too.

Very basic can't complain at th price

Although my children and I have had fun playing the games we were able to, there isn’t nowhere near 100 games in this pack. The boards are a great thickness, the pieces are a lovely size. But wish we were able to play more than 6 games

I expected some OK quality product, but it exceeded my expectations! The box feels and looks expensive, games are well described and are fun to play. I definitely recommend it for amateurs, it can be loads of fun!

If I was.to be honest I was expecting a bit more for this price, however product is as described, good quality, and arrived quickly. Also received e mail from the seller offering advice/help if anything was wrong which is ice touch. I can recommend it.

The product title and description are misleading. Though I was not expecting 100 board games, I atleast was looking forward for 50+. I should have read the package contents clearly before ordering. Anyway the overall quality looks okay!

This is a good set to bring the different generations together during winter break and holiday family visits. If you're considering it as a gift for children, the boards need to be treated with a bit of care. They are cardboard that is about 2 or 3 times the thickness and hardness of a cereal box. Both sides have a matte plastic coating that seems to add to the hardness of the boards. The color prints on them make them have the appearance of actual color-stained wood. The Chimese Checkers board had a slight curve, but the plastic coating makes it safe to use gift-wrap tape (or sticky dots) to hold it flat on the table. The plastic playing pieces all seem well shaped and smoothed off (tops of Bishops and Kings, the exception) before packaging. The thickness and weight of the plastic used makes up for the smaller size. The bottoms of each piece are level and wide enough that they set down in place quite readily if you don't drop them from too far above the board. The Checker pieces have a wood grain design embossed on them. The dice are also good quality. The instructions explain the rules of the board games, how to play 36 dice games, and after that, it shows 108 "matchstick" puzzle games (which can be quite compelling once you understand the rules).

De nombreux jeux, des plus connus au moins connus. Une qualité qui me semble plutôt bonne. Parfait pour passer de bons moments en famille.
