The very first time I used this shampoo and conditioner my hair felt and acted healthier than it had in many months. Since this is my first time using a treatment shampoo, I wasn’t used to the scent although, it wasn’t unpleasant, just different than I’m accustomed to. The upside is once I put my heat protectant on, I could no longer smell the minty scent. More importantly, the shampoo cleaned and strengthen my hair, and the conditioner fed it so it was more manageable and a little thicker in between washings. It’s well worth the money if you value you hair more than pinching pennies. June 2020 I’ve used this shampoo and conditioner a little more than a year. The side that was accidentally chopped off has grown back. The length of my hair has grown to shoulder length on the sides and to the top of my back in the back. It’s not as thick as it was before the chop, but it doesn’t shed like it used to. I just bought my second bottle of both shampoo and conditioner. I think that the longer I use this product the stronger and healthier my hair will be.

I have tried so many hair thickening shampoos, I've lost track. Waste of money....all of them, except this one. First off, it smells terrific, not at all perfumey. More importantly, it really seems to work. My hair feels thicker and when I strand falls out, I am amazed at it's thickness. The Shampoo was difficult to work with at first because it doesn't lather right off like other shampoos. Here is how I finally found it worked best. Get your hair really wet, put a generous amount of shampoo on your hand. Cup your hands under the spiggot and trap some water in them. Then bring your hands to the top of your head and rub them together. Pat them all over your head and then start to scrub. You will get good lather this way. My hair does feel king of tangled after using this shampoo, but I use the conditioner (following the same steps outlined above) and problem solved!

Hmm...I'm not sure where to start with this negative review. I wanted to like it. It smells good. But, man, it's just not for me. Stick too because I was stalking the tracking code and when it arrived, I unwrapped and read label front to back. I even, very anxiously, waited 2 days to use (I'm on a hair washing schedule due to the amount of hair I lose when washing). I must send back. I did everything I was supposed to - I washed, massaged, waited, and rinsed and repeated - same thing with the conditioner; even going as far as to kneel in the shower to turn on the cold water to rinse which is the last recommended step. While washing, I knew it was not the product for me. My fair has never felt so brittle and dry while using any shampoo - it felt like wet hay and all things considering, I have very healthy, smooth hair. My hair is fairly long (hits below bra strap) and the product is only 8 ounces; I found that I had to use quite a bit shampoo. I poured a good amount into my hand, rubbed it with the other and attempted to smooth through my hair, but it just stuck there - great, now I'm pulling out hair while trying to smooth in anti hair loss shampoo. I ran my head under the water, it got slick but still it was not enough for the scalping massage that needed to happen for 45 seconds. I applied more. And then a little more. Finally, I had enough to pile my hair with. I rinsed, same process. Then time for the conditioner. I will say, I was a little more pleased with the slickness of the conditioner but again, once I rinsed, and was finally able to unkneel from the tub and hose myself off, my hair was super brittle - yes, it smelled fantastic but the dryness of my hair is really a concern. I usually don't pick through my hair when it's wet; I usually spray a leave in conditioner in and go to bed, but I don't know, seems like if I don't try something, my hair will be a rats nest in the morning. Sorry, RX4, I wanted to like you. I just couldn't imagine putting my hair though this ritual and risk it being so dry that it will brake off. I have too many concerns. Good luck!

This shampoo is really thick - like honey, and hard to work into my scalp for deep cleaning. I like the lemony scent. As for the hair loss, I still have that everyday. If it's less then before I started this product, I haven't noticed yet. Although I just started using this about 2 weeks ago. So time will tell. I will continue to use this and the conditioner for a month maybe 2 and decide if its worth it after that time. I do like the conditioner on that it does leave my hair silky soft and tangles work out with ease after towel drying my hair.

I LOVE this stuff. Smells wonderful, suds nicely, and does what it is advertised to do. Obviously for hair loss there is no miracle product, but I use this stuff (the whole line) in conjunction with fluocinonide cream .1% and have noticed a significant difference in just three months. Cleared up my dandruff and helps split ends. Hair is easier to brush and always smells good. Would've given it five stars but here's the catch: if you have long, thick hair like mine this stuff will last you about two weeks tops because the "dime sized amount" simply will not coat your hair thoroughly. It's incredibly frustrating. I wish they sold it in bigger sized bottles so I didn't have to constantly worry about re-upping.

I was pretty impressed with this shampoo and conditioner overall. As a younger dude dealing with thinning hair it can be a pain finding a relatively affordable product that actually works while combating the ever growing bald spot. This stuff smells nice and has a good consistency that washes out easily. After a few months I can honestly say that I don't think my hair loss has gotten any worse, I believe this has really slowed it down and has strengthened the hair that I have. The whole DHT blocker really must have something to it, because my hair just feels and looks better after using this. I'm pretty loyal when I find a product that works and I'm really impressed with the natural ingredients. I prefer something like this over dumping strange chemicals onto my scalp! If you are shopping around weighing your options, I can safely say this is worth trying. This is a good product-

I bought the shampoo, conditioner, and creme and have used it for 1 week. For years I have tried to find a hair thickening shampoo that works. None did. I also have been trying natural shampoos and every one has been awful. It is a fine line between too much conditioning and not enough for fine, thin hair. I was reluctant to try this product but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a shot. Of course it is way too early to tell if it will regrow my hair but in the meantime I am blown away by how bouncy and fluffy my hair looks. It is squeaky clean yet so well conditioned. Best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used! I will continue to buy it whether it regrows my hair or not. I love it and am so happy it is not a cancer causing chemical brew like most shampoos!

I bought this shampoo because my hair was thinning and not growing as normal (I am over 80 yrs old and was told that was the reason why.) After one bottle, my hair is growing and is thick again! Absolutely would recommend this wonderful product. Thank you, Amazon, for carrying this shampoo!
