Great Mower for Standard SizedLlawns
This is a great and relatively inexpensive introduction to robot mowing. It works by randomly turning about the lawn until it comes to the edge (of the lawn) which needs to be clearly defined either by an obstruction or by the sharp edge of the grass. Mowers that do more than this have their vision enhanced by AI and work either by GPS (with the add on of RTK) or by LiDAR. These cost significantly more: RTK 2-3 times the price, LiDAR 3-4 and ones that have all these features 4 times and up. These more expensive mowers can cut the grass in leaving a straight line pattern. After a year of using this mower (but not from November to March) the grass looks fabulous. The advantage of robotic lawnmowers the fine shavings of grass quickly break down and feed the lawn.A few points:(1). The problem with random cutting is that, for instance, after 50% of the lawn is cut the mower will spend 50%of the time cutting the already cut grass. Worse still after 90% of the lawn is cut it will spend 90% of the time cutting already cut grass. I need to leave the mower on for 2 hours to fully cut a 35 square metre lawn. That works fine for me as there is 4 hours of charge in the battery.(2). Note that the spiral feature is a means of cutting an area that has been missed because of the issue described at (1).(3). It didn’t work well in our other lawn where it spent half its time in a small part of the garden behind a shrub. After several attempts I reverted to my standard mower for this second lawn. My conclusion is that it doesn’t suit an irregular lawn particularly if there are shrubs or trees growing in the lawn.(4). I have mentioned random which refers to the way the mower reacts when encountering an obstacle or the edge of the lawn. It’s easy to see that it isn’t even pseudorandom as I could, with considerable accuracy, predict how it would react depending on the angle at which it encountered the edge. This might explain why the mower struggled to escape from behind a bush despite having plenty of space to either side.(5). My conclusion is that this would suit a garden with two rectangular lawns ideally totalling about 100 square meters and possibly up to 150 square metres.Given the above provisos this is a really handy and effective lawnmower for smallish and regularly shaped lawns.

Brilliant Little Mower..
I ordered the Mower on Monday and it Arrived on Thursday. Friday at 8am The 2 Batterys were Charged and the Mower was out on its first cut on our rear lawn set at 40mm. A Very good Job Indeed I Must Say !!!!! . 3 Hours Later it was on the first our Front lawns 30mm out the front Great Job again I was quite supprised on how it did its job. The Second of the front lawns is a bit trickier Had to put a few plant pots out etc to stop it from hitting stones etc but on the whole a Great Job was done. The Mower itself for the money is Brilliant. Really Nice Cut & the Batteries last a Good 4 Hours Even More. Very easy to use as No Mapping etc just Press a few Buttons and were Mowing. Very Glad I never spent £1000 on the one I was Looking at on Sunday Morning. Cheers Lawn Master.

Versatile for use in more than one garden.
Robust and good quality design and build.I like that there is no need for a mains cable and docking station, or wire around the perimeter.OK so the edges need going over, but along with the ease of operation is the mesmerizing entertainment value of watching it if sitting in the garden.Other jobs in the garden can be done while it does the mowing. It will not bump into you if you do get in the way.I have always cut my grass on a high setting so that is doesn't go brown in the summer, and I use a high cut of 50 on this mower. Enough to give a good finish and nothing to clear up afterwards.

An amazing little machine.
A great little machine which you basically drop on the grass switch it on and fifteen seconds later it goes on its business cutting the grass. The lithium battery seems to last about four hours or so.At the front of my house I have a fairly steep slope which it manages easily. I was very surprised at this. The little razor blade like cutters shave the grass into a fine mulch which goes back into into my lawn.My grass is becoming greener and weeds are starting to disappear. The only small negative is that it leaves an area of about six inches along one edge but ten minutes with the strimmer and its cleared.Personally I would have no hesitation in recommending those machine to others. My neighbours are already considering to order.I think passing by and seeing my wife and I sitting with a cup of tea in the shade on a hot day whilst Cyclops ( he has one eye in the middle) cuts our grass may have been the catalyst!

Great little mower
Great mower, I finally enjoy mowing the lawn.I've got a decent sized lawn so got the 2 battery version, I've only used it on the small top lawn area (~15m²) so far as have to mow the rest to an adequate level this week so will update with the performance over a larger area (~150m²) and see how the grass settles now it's short. Feel the larger lawn may need some work defining the edges more so it doesn't drop off onto the soil edges. It did the majority of the top area this afternoon, my concern is that it will take weeks to cover the rest of the lawn but we'll see if I need to section it off or not. I'm not too worried if it misses bits as it's easier to strim or mow over parts than doing the whole. I would of liked an app controlled or mapping mower but my concern there was they need outdoor charging bases and thought having it outside overnight might encourage theft so I'm happier to lock it away at night and charge the batteries indoors.

Easy to use and good value
Small and easy to carry with built in handle. Cuts lawn efficiently. Had 2 batteries which I found I need which was not a problem as easy to change and charge. I have a number of plant pots which it goes behind and goes reasonably close to edges. It copes well with my front lawn where there are overhanging bushes.

Dreaded yellow flashing light.
Bought July last year, worked ok, still needed lawnmower to tidy up afterwards. Unfortunately this year I’m getting the yellow flashing light indicating a communication problem with the camera. The mower has stopped working. If I leave it for a while it might work for a short time but the fault reappears. I have tried updating the software but this either hasn’t worked or has made no difference ( I’m not sure which). This seems to be a common problem (a number of reviews mention it) and no one seems able to report anything positive about the customer support. I will update the review when I receive a response from the company.

painfully slow to comple small gardens and is too catious, leaving a large unmowed section at edges.
Ive owned this for around a year now and it is quite capable ..... BUT! It is not very good at working out obstacles such as tallish grass and the odd daisy. Battery life is impressive. One lawn has a sloped section where "Sir Cutsalot" escapes onto the shared lane so i cant leave it on one of the three small gardens surrounding the house. The random cutting function will often take ages to finish a job so i just help when cutting the edges. Overall, its a "Meh" from me.
