Why are there 12 pieces in the advertised picture but customers complained of there being only 6 pair???

A pair = 2 of an item. So that’s what they have advertised. You receive 12 pieced to use individually which is a total of 6 pair used as a set. I have no idea why someone would complain over receiving exactly what was advertised.

Do you have a size medium in between your large (5.9 x 6.7) and small (4.72 x 5)? Large is too big for me and the small is too small. Thank you.
