Roll the dice on the flavor but does what its supposed to
I've purchased this product about 3 or 4 times now. The first few times the taste wasn't bad it was fairly good but the one I just got tastes awful. Its just a bad flavor and the packaging says it isn't expired. So for people purchasing this just know that you may get a good tasting batch but you also might get one that tastes like ass. I dont drink it for the taste so it's whatever to me but I know some folks aren't going to be happy if they get a bad batch. Other than that this product is good which is why I gave it 3 stars since its a roll of dice if the flavor is on point or if its bitter like an ipa almost lol

BCAAs alleviate muscle soreness.
This helps me with muscle soreness. I'm 51 years old, and I've isolated it in my diet and confirmed that the BCAAs from MP helps alleviate muscle soreness. Not sure why this is so, but I like it. Also, Amazon provided a very efficient delivery, and the price is OK.

Amazing Product!
I bought this product to reduce muscle soreness after workouts. I am amazed at how well it works! I drink one serving before a workout and one after. I have only experienced mild soreness the day after and none on day 2. That makes working out day 2 totally doable! I got the fruit punch flavor. It tastes just like any kid's fruit punch flavored drink. The directions say to mix one scoop (scooper included) with 8-12 oz of water. I tried 8 at first but it was really sweet for me. I eventually ended up using 12 oz of water, which is perfect for me. The powder is very fine and mixes easily. I use a Blender Bottle and never experience any undisolved powder.

MP Essentials BCAA Fruit Punch- awful flavor
The FRUIT PUNCH flavor is the worst. Read all the reviews and it is very obvious that this flavor for lack of better words sucks. The company should 86 this one. The flavor that is.I got this to help with my daily workout and walking routine and my recovery process. It has been great in that respect. I feel pretty good and I have ordered the unflavored one so I donโt have to suffer through the god awful icy sweet sucralose plus the nasty fruit punch. I add mind to a smoothie.I would prefer to see a product with real sugar verse something as icy sweet as sucralose. I mean a little sugar only adds a few calories and for those of us who prefer no artificial sugars this would be the ticket.
