I’m so glad I decided to try these Tahitian vanilla beans—they are truly exceptional. The quality is immediately noticeable, from their rich aroma to their plump, fresh appearance. These were great vanilla beans. Lovely floral scent, plump and moist, filled with seeds. Very reasonable price as well. I have been using them to make vanilla yogurt and vanilla extract.

I got to put this in some Daniels burbon w/ honey and it smells amazing. Very fresh very good.

I make my own extract once a year using 100 proof vodka. Unlike most people I found that if I puréed the whole beans in the vodka using a ninja bullet, and let it sit for atleast a week, I had strong good extract with the added benefit of using the solids in baking as vanilla paste. These beans are excellent soft and flavorful. Will buy again next year.👍

Got so that I could start next years holiday gifts of “homemade essentials” They got delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The seal and vacuum on it was tighter than these cheeks after a night of drinking and dodgy food trucks. They were fresh and good quality. I probably should have ordered more to make the vanilla stronger

Beans were skinny and smelled weird...like some sort of plastic or chemicals. Vanilla fragrance was markedly absent. Planning to make Vanilla extract and also bought some Madagascar beans. The difference was night and day. You could smell the Vanilla through that package and those beans were plump and moist. Went ahead and put both to steep in separate jars of vodka. Can already tell which is going to be the better batch but will cross my fingers and hope to be wrong. Put both batches in the blender and gave them a good puree so they should get good contact and maximum chance to do their best. Both liquids have a rich brown color and the better beans made my kitchen smell fantastic! Hopefully these Tahitian beans will prove themselves in the long run. Gave two stars instead of one simply because they had some other good reviews and they were affordable. Update: The beans have been steeping for several weeks now. The vodka has taken on a rich brown color and the vanilla scent is blooming faster than the jar of Madagascar beans. I am pleased and surprised. Increasing my rating!

These are high-quality very plump vanilla beans and they were moist without any spoilage. I look forward to using them to make vanilla extract.
