can this vinyl be used on tumblersa nd go through the dishwasher?

Its called holographic chrome opal white. They sell it by roll as well. Color shifts from blue purple teal ( but more of pastel version of these colors if that makes sense. )

It is only holographic on one side. The other side is not sticky and would not work for what you are trying to do.
