I have been using this for quite awhile. My hair and skin feels so good and improved.

Our bodies make Keratin for many things, but mostly hair and nails. But in this day and age, even the healthiest of meal planners may be lacking because our food-growing soil is so depleted. Farmers are now working toward regenerating their farms' soils, but in the meantime we need to step up and give our bodies the extra nutrients they need. There is also research indicating Keratin may rebuild a structure that mimics and is as strong as tooth enamel. So although I'm pretty decent on the enamel front I'll be playing with the Keratin in that regard as well.

WHEN I LEARNED FINGERNAILS ARE MADE OF KERATIN I IMMEDIATELY LOOKED INTO A SUPPLEMENT BECAUSE IN MY LIFE TIME MY FINGERNAILS WERE ALWAYS AN ISSUE. THEY NEVER GREW, WERE THIN, CRACKED, CHIPPED OFF, AND PEELED IF I WORE FINGERNAIL POLISH. SO I BOUGHT A BOTTLE OF NAIL SUPPLEMENT WITH OTHER KERATIN & OTHER ADDITIVES BUT IT DIDN'T DO MUCH. I SWITCHED TO PURE KERATIN WITH NO SUPPLEMENTS ADDED. ONE A DAY SHOWED A LITTLE IMPROVEMENT IN MY NAILS BUT TO MY SURPRISE, MY THINING EYELASHES GREW BACK! I INCREASED TO 1 CAPSULE TWICE DAILY. I SAW NAIL IMPROVEMENT. THEN I HEARD BIOTIN CAN HELP WITH HAIR LOSS I WAS ALSO EXPERIENCING. THAT ADDITION OF BIOTIN HAS MADE A MARKED DIFFERENCE. Good quality supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and come well packaged. I like the dosage and ingredients, and it fits easily into my daily routine. Overall, I’m satisfied with this product and would recommend it.

2 capsules daily, 60 day supply exp 12/26 As long as I can remember, I have had a problem with splitting and peeling nails. Supplementing with hyaluronic acid and collagen made a big difference in my skin but not my fingernails. I started supplementing with keratin (another brand) and began seeing results within a couple of months. First thing I noticed was that my skin healed more quickly, especially from bug bites. Then I switched to Vitamatic keratin. I expected to see continued improvements in the strength of my fingernails and the appearance of my skin in the months that followed. Initially I continued to see improvements especially in my fingernails. Unfortunately the improvements were short-lived. After nearly 5 months of using Vitamatic keratin, my fingernails and skin have reverted to the way they were at the beginning of the year. I will try doubling the dose to 4 capsules daily to see if that helps. I really thought the Vitamatic keratin would work. Even signed up for Amazon Subscribe & Save. After finishing off my 3rd bottle, I will switch to another brand.

Slow to notice any change at all, so not sure if it works. It could be one of those things that need a little of time to be effective ?
