My wristband connector piece broke off and Fitbit did not offer me any solution other than a discount on a new Fitbit. Mine worked great, I just didn’t have a wristband. I did think about tape or glue but then thought that is ridiculous. Even went to a watch repair store. He said only Fitbit can help. Until I stumbled upon this, it’s a great wristband & saved my Fitbit. It charges no problem with the strap on as well. My wrists are super small, but it still works. It’s def a sporty look, which is my cup of tea…but prob not for a dainty type of gal.

UPDATED: Lasted 6 months before the loop broke but I am very rough on it working with my hands. Still for the cheap price, comfort and great fit for my large wrist it was well worth it. Guess I should get a couple. ;) Like many other fitbit users where the clips break off the watch itself I was looking for a way to use my fitbit because it is still functioning. The silicone is soft and comfortable on my wrist all day. I hardly notice it is there at all. My wrists are apparently large at 8 inches and other brands I have tried do not fit well being to short to wear comfortably. This particular brand said it fits up to an 8.5 inch wrist and it fits me great on the third hole from the end with enough to tuck into the second loop. If you have a large wrist like me I would give this one a try. The next hole still tucks in but the last hole doesn't leave enough to be tucked and I am not sure it would hold with a day of heavy activity. All in all this feels like a sturdy comfortable case to hold my fitbit. The loops are only thing I can see going wrong as it is the only part of this case that doesn't feel sturdy and could possible break. Only time will tell but even if it does the price of this case to keep using my $150 fitbit is well worth it for my 8 inch wrists. I am even thinking of getting this one in different colors. Hope this review helps others. :)

It looks just like the photo, which was great. I like the color, and it seems decent quality. The band is a tad bulky, but that was to be expected. I wish it came with size options - the band is a bit big for me. There are plenty of holes, so it does fit, but it leaves means I essentially have 2 layers of the silicone band across the underside of my wrist, which adds to the bulky feeling. It's a bit of a tight fit to get the Fitbit into the band, but that wasn't much of a problem. I've been able to charge the Fitbit with the band on, which alleviated concern that taking the Fitbit out to charge would both be a hassle, as well as eventually make the band too lose to hold the Fitbit. The oddest issue is that prior to using this band, I would only need to charge my Fitbit every 5 days or so. Now, I need to charge it every day. I use the Fitbit in all the same ways as before, so I'm not sure why this is an issue. My only thought is that the silicone is tight enough that it's somehow triggering the Fitbit's side button without me realize it, since I don't stare at my wrist nonstop. It may not be related to the band (seems odd that it would be), but I'm not sure what else would be the cause since nothing else has changed. Not the biggest deal, but slightly inconvenient. Still preferable to buying a new Fitbit right now. I was hoping to find an option that would allow me to get more life out of my current Fitbit, since the device itself still works, but will likely start saving to replace it with a new Fitbit in the next few months due to bulkiness and charging issue. But an awesome option in order to get a few months more of life.

It worked like a charm! Just popped my broken Fitbit into it and strap it back on to my wrist! Saved me from having to buy a new Fitbit. Mine still works fine. It's just the little anchor point where you would attach a strap to it that's broken, just like everyone else's. But now this new holder strap already broke too. It's just a silicone rubbery material, and if you look closely, you can certainly pinpoint where the weak spot is. The little oval shaped opening where the strap slides through, the material is too thin there on the sides and mine already broke 2 days ago. Not bad, I guess, considering the price. I purchased mine in December 2022. Now it is February 2024. So it lasted 13 months. Time to get me a new one! Because my Fitbit itself is still going strong! I've had my Fitbit about 5 years now. Ok bye! 😊

It's a band there's no battery works ok on my charge 4 the band broke and I couldn't use a oe replacement because the part the new band snaps into broke

I bought this new. So it should be unopened not used right? Wrong. Item itself is OK but container is not sealed. It's just an open case that is dirty

I got this case just as extra protection for my fitbit. I love that it completely covers the device. It wraps around all of the edges and even protrudes a bit above the screen to make sure it's a lot more difficult for the screen itself to be damaged. An added bonus is it covers the edge of the glass screen protector I have on the watch. Usually that particular screen protector would stick up a little bit on the sides but this completely covers that so no issues with it possibly snagging. Would recommend. It looks good, works well, is durable, and even has a spot for you to put the tail end of the watch strap instead of using one of those flimsy pieces of rubber that sits on the band that always break after a year. For the price this thing is incredible. I don't have a single complaint with it in the 2 months (or so?) That I've had it.

My mom bought me the Fitbit charge 4 for Christmas a few years back and one day the little clip thing that holds the band on broke. I was pretty upset because I loved my Fitbit. I clean houses for a living so it was cool to see how much exercise I was getting throughout the week. After it broke I just threw it in my junk drawer and kind of forgot about it until I moved and was unpacking boxes. I figured I may as well look into seeing if there was any way I could fix the clip and that’s when I came across tons of blogs complaining about that design flaw in their charge 4’s. That eventually led me to Amazon where I found this. I think it’s incredibly ugly and it gets dirty quickly but it fixed my problem and I can now use my Fitbit again. That was the most important thing to me. As far as the fit of the band, it has a lot of holes to adjust it for your wrist size. It sometimes slips out so you just have to be careful when putting it on but it’s light weight and practical.

Tough little band this. Been through all sorts with it on. Absolutely still in the same shape as new. Only thing I did was buy white and it looks grubby quite quickly. Definitely recommend.

This is a great strap that solves a design problem with the fitbit 5. Many people have commented that fitbit 5 has the habit of coming undone from its strap-- likely google designing a cheaper clasping mechanism. It is a super annoying problem because it means you could accidentally loose your fitbit just by putting on a coat or even moving your arm. But this strap solves the problem because it fully encloses the fitbit and keeps it securely in place. Its made of high grade silicon and looks great. Definitely the best quality for value option on the market.

2 fitbit straps had broken in less than 2years, internal fixing snapped off second time so couldn't replace with a standard strap. Was thinking I was going to have to buy a whole new watch but this has worked perfectly as a replacement. Watch face just slots in to the strap. Can charge it with the strap attached. Feels secure and hopefully more sturdy than the official Fitbit straps
