This is an amazing mineral sunscreen! Light, not thick and sticky. It doesn't smell weird. It's not tinted (like rubbing peanut butter on your face). It doesn't feel heavy. It's actually amazing! The price is also so much more affordable than other mineral face sunscreens. It is a bit luminous, as stated in the description, but I don't find it to be anything too wild or glittery. I wear it under makeup and it feels great. Prequel is nailing it!

I have contact dermatitis so I can only use mineral sunscreen. I've tried SO MANY sunscreens including American, Australian and Korean brands and this is the best one by far. If doesn't irritate my skin, it's moisturizing so I save one step, it doesn't leave a white cast (imo, since mineral sunscreens leave a slight white cast), it has antioxidants so it actually saves me another step because I usually apply vitamin C to prevent skin aging from free radicals, it has a high SPF! Some mineral sunscreens have lower SPF protection for some reason. Lastly, it applies so incredibly easily. I always struggle with mineral sunscreens because you need to rub them on for a long time for them to blend in adequately. It has a natural fragrance that I really like, and it's not overpowering either. It also is pinkish which is perfect for me because I naturally have a pink undertone. I was afraid it'd make me look TOO pink but it just looks like my skin. Literally couldn't ask for anything else. I'm so happy with this sunscreen.

Prequel did not disappoint! I have tried several products of this brand and this one is another winner. I have repurchased since first tried it. I love the texture, at first I thought it might leave a white cast but it didn’t. For reference I’m medium skin tone and after applying it didn’t leave a white cast on me. Skin feels very moisturized and works for me even under makeup.

I have used this only one time so far and I’m in love. It didn’t break me out or make my eyes sting so I’m stoked. I was hesitant about the zinc because I have tried other zinc based sunscreens and they made my rosacea sting but this one has not. The formula is on the thick side but it’s perfect for my dry skin and actually absorbs but it takes a little bit to rub in. It doesn’t leave a white cast and it has a slight amount of tint that brightens up my complexion with no scent. I appreciate the packaging too. The cap is weighted and it balances out the bottle making it really stable on my counter. It’s a little expensive so when it went on sale I snatched it up and boy am I happy I did because it is worth it. I’m definitely gonna try the other products they have.

I'm sure this is an effective mineral sunscreen. I like that it has a slight tint which does offset the white cast. My problem is it never dries down and stays looking greasy.

Honestly, I was hoping that I was goi g to love this, but I don’t. On reddish skin, it makes parts look purple until it sinks in, and I’m usually in the fairest shades on any color chart. Stings if it migrates to your eyes, you need to layer it to the recommended amount and then wait 15-20 minutes before applying makeup. It’s better than 80% other mineral sunscreens, but that’s not saying much. There are better out there that won’t turn my face purple for 10 minutes.

I’m very conflicted about this sunscreen. I don’t know if it’s worth 3 or 4 stars. I only wear this on my outdoor runs because I don’t like the heavy feeling on my skin. However, in comparison to the over 50 sunscreens I’ve tried over the last decade, it’s still so much better than most. The problem- I have extremely sensitive eyes and cannot put any chemical sunscreens on my face or my eyes water for nearly the entire day. I will probably repurchase for using on run days. Pros: No bad smell No white cast No burning eyes- very sensitive Does not ball or pill in hairline Water resistance seems to work as stated Cons: Does not dry down, stays wet feeling for an hour or more. Feels a bit heavy on skin but not quite greasy. Definitely a very dewy finish.

I have sensitive, combination skin, with an oily T-zone and dry cheeks. I have neutral brown complexion, so not warm nor cool, AND I have allergies to SO many skincare products. Finally, I have found the SPF I need! This is light and non-greasy, and a few minutes of drying leaves the skin moisturized and pretty dry to the touch. Not sticky at all once it has dried down, so would definitely listen to the 15 minute recommendation before going out. I clip my bangs up during that time and when I let them down and style them, they don't get greasy the rest of the day. It has a very slight SPF scent to it, but it goes away. It seems to have a pink-peach tone to it that fades to clear when rubbed into the skin, and it does not leave a white cast. It also does not pill when I apply it, so it plays well with my other products. I use a centella and niacinamide serum underneath, and I apply this as my last step, but I think this would do nicely under make up as well if you prefer to do that.
