Good stuff
I was taking this product for over 3 years . There was this critic on YouTube on the anti aging channel. He said this Berberine was not 100% and recommended another . Well let me tell you I realized it today blood glose was up since his recommendation. I took this product blood glue close in control. I should have not listen to the critic.

Honest Review
These were bought for my mom but she didn't take them. I searched online for ways to control my glucose levels. I was about to get the patch but decided to try these capsules instead. I've also taken phentermine. I tried high doses of ACV capsules, raw ACV, and other herbal medicines, but nothing helped. I took these two days ago and don't feel hungry now; no snack cravings, lost 3 lbs, and feel more energetic. As I'm menopause, I believe my blood sugar spikes and weight are due to hormonal changes. Everyone's different, but I think these are working for me.

Dirty product bottle
Actually, the review isn’t about the product itself. Berberine is great it’s about the product bottle was filthy dirty like it had been sitting on a shelf for a long time or something so it’s about the person who sent this the company plus I received it August 9 and it expires by December 2026.

Didn't care for the taste.
I didn't feel any difference using it after 1 month. I didn't like the fact that I had to take 3 pills and I didn't like the taste or aftertaste. I gave it 3 stars with the hope that it did help my blood. Time will tell.
