If I connect this dish on top of my home will I be able to receive free channels on my tv without subscribing to a cable or satellite company?

With the addition of a FTA receiver aiming the dish at galaxy19 you will receive free unencrypted TV. So yes. But just remember none of the channels are garenteed. Can be gone at any time.  But for the most part pretty stable programing. And yes no subscribing to cable or satellite. You can however subscribe to channels using a c-band dish that is motorized. Check skyvision.com and select Ku band then scroll down to galaxy 19 to see what programing you can receive. You can use dishpointer.com and a compass to aim the dish. I recommend joining sateliteguys.com for learning about FTA.

Can it use DISH Network 1000.2 DISH PRO PLUS INTEGRATED LNBF

No, it is only designed for one single LNBF in the focal point.  The Holder on this dish is also different and will not accept the 1000.2 LNBF.

mine came with the elbow pipe/mounting plate/2 support arms/level to mount on roof or side of house depending on application..turn brackets around/2 sets of holes/hardware incl sort of like a tripod on a dish or direct tv antenna giving it about 2 feet off surface..will use when i  install on side of house for now i am using a tripod next to house/ im testing it to find best direction/stations before messing with the siding /with it is an old tv antenna roof mount tripod w/a 6 ft chain link fence post from home depot diameter is right size for dish to fit /tv mast too small also anchor it to apiece of wood w/cement blocks to keep it from blowing over or moving also if you break the lnb holder i found sturdier ones that will fit that were 6bucks w/shipping on e bayin case it does get knocked over while your setting it up

Are there instructions included on how to set the dish up, as in how and where to point it in the sky?

No only assembly instructions. AS far as pointing it in the sky, this varies from location to location.
