We bought this for our trip to Europe, which we were to visit several countries. We tested this at home and put YouTube on different language shows. It kept up and translate 99% accurate!! Our trip was cancelled, unfortunately. We ended up returning this but when we reschedule and are confirmed to go, we are going to purchase it.

We were very excited about this since we have quarterly international meetings. We were hoping the real time translation can help speed up the meeting so we don't have to wait for translator. However, we tested the one on one mode, it doesn't pick up either one of us talking. and when we stop testing just chatting, it will occasionally start translation. I was going to give a second try by contacting the customer service. but they were not helping, had to gave up and return this. very disappointed.

Exactly what I’m looking for

This product just work with wifi the offline package is useless what’s the point of that just use it at home ? I have a free Google tras let’s if that’s the case. Too much marketing and this don’t really works

They work fairly well with a one on one conversation, but if you’re planning on talking amongst more than one person, they were actually terrible.
