Great Sauna
I have had this product for over 12 months now. The other reviews mentioned that it was hard to put together. Yes that is true, but it needs to be tough so that it stays upright. Otherwise it would be floppy. If you put it together in the proper sequence, it is not as tough as the other reviews make it seem. For a 1 person sauna, this does a very good job. We are always sweating up a storm when we are in it. Let the sauna heat up for 5-10 minutes, to get it up to temperature first before entering. Also, this company is great to work with. We had a part malfunction on it and they did an amazing job of making sure that we received the replacement part. You wont be disappointed.

it's an ok purchase
The frame was SUPER tight to get into the sauna shell once it was put together. It was so tight that I ripped a hole in the sauna itself, but I waited to long to just return it so I am stuck with it now. It is also so tight that 1 zipper broke during the first use and the second would have as well but we just stopped zipping about the last 24" so it doesn't break too. I have never seen the temp get over 120 but after 30 -40 minutes I'm already sweating my guts out! all things considered it is just ok.

You cannot put the sauna together
The directions are not clear on how to put the sauna together step by step so you have to take your best guess on the steps you have to take. The poles are too long for the tent and you cannot put the sauna together. Customer service is a joke, there is a number to call for customer service and it goes directly to voice mail. I have left several messages and sent emails and have not heard back. Find a sauna that is useable and has customer service that wants to help and is responsive.
