Does it actually massage, or just squeeze?

It is a kneading air-compression massager, not a roller and not a deep-pressure device. Airbags gently inflate and release across your hand and fingers in rhythmic patterns. Some people describe it as a firm, rhythmic squeeze.

How is the battery and charging?

A full charge powers about three to four 15-minute sessions. It is USB rechargeable and you can keep it plugged in during use. Use a standard 5V/1A or 5V/2A USB adapter only, and note it will not turn on while charging.

How hot does the heat get?

The warmth is gentle and controlled, up to 109°F, meant for hand fatigue and a before-bed wind-down rather than high surface heat.

It is sized for standard adult hands, with no separate side-thumb opening; review the size diagram before ordering.

Does it help with everyday hand and wrist muscle aches?

Many owners use it for exactly that: gentle air-compression and light acupressure for temporary relief of minor muscle aches, temporarily increasing circulation in the treated area after a long day of typing, gripping, or hands-on work.
