Comfortable and Effective
Many reviews say these run small, but the sizing around the thigh is perfect. However, I don't find there's much compression in the knee area. I ordered a small so I can't exchange for anything tighter, and I admit I haven't worn the sleeve for an extended time. It is comfortable; I just hope it's tight enough to stabilize my knee joint. Other than that, this seems to be a quality product.

Pleased with this knee compression sleeve.
Excellent well-made product. I am elderly, 5' tall, 116 lbs. Size SMALL is snug but not too tight. It stays in place even when going up/down stairs. It is quite comfortable, not hot or itchy, and provides good support as I recover from a very painful knee injury with effusion (fluid). I did not have the product when I first injured my knee 2 weeks ago, so I cannot evaluate its usefulness during the acute phase of injury/recovery.

I use this 5 days a week for work, but even though I fully measured my knee and legs I will say it's tighter than I'd like, and I do have to pull it down to get more comfortable during my shift at work. On the plus side though my knee is getting better.

It’s working for me
This helps….bum knee from a horse jumping accident years, years ago. The high humidity causes an awful ache and going down stairs is one step at a time.Put it on and walked further with minimal limp. Going down the stairs is much easierIt’s comfortable, I’ve slept with it on
