Seems like a sturdy design , for various shoulder size. Cooling in the refrigerator will take some space in the refrigerator , a small cloth cover or bag might be required as per choice and disinfectant spray to prevent contamination.

It covers whole back but requires lot of space in fridge if you forget to fold it properly

Seems to be made of good material and Covers large area which is a advantage but the cold pack gets to room temperature in a short time and so the performance is mediocre.

Very heavy and button doesn’t closes. I would like to return it

This product tie buttons are not working and Now a days Amazon is not giving options to replace of return the items. So as most f the products are faulty and not up to required quality parameters it is better to avoid buying from Amazon platform as you will have to bang your head to get your complaint registered and than get replacement.

I feel comfortable with my back and neck pain.
